Great stay with the exception of bed bugs that were being dealt with but not gone yet.

Extremely good central location. Slightly small place, plain but elegant/clean look, good small kitchen, comfortable bed, great value for money considering all. The staff was quick at answering messages on the Booking.com chat.

The property is on 4th floor without elevator. Expectable but not mentioned anywhere so some people may find it a surprise and difficult to carry luggage up and down. The bathroom was smelling sewage, as mentioned by other reviewers as well, but the solution was very simple and I fixed it myself- the shower drain capping was not properly installed… no more smells now. While the apartment was spotless clean and in good condition, unfortunately we had a few bed bugs and a few bites. There was anti-bed bug dust in all areas in/under the bed and sofas so I guess they knew and tried to deal with it but they weren’t totally gone yet. Considering this is something you can carry back to your house and is a health concern, they should have made sure to eliminate the problem and check thoroughly before getting new guests in. Due to this I will have to give a low cleanness score. The staff was quick to reply to my chat messages and offered what they could (refund if I choose to leave, fully cleaned the flat mid stay, washing clothes clothes) although I think in this case they should be figuring out another accommodation for me at their expense.

Fine if all you plan to do is shower and sleep. Not a place we felt we wanted to hand around in. The host was responsive

Good location, clean. Beds comfortable. Side bed comfortable but zero space when pulled out. Friends had similar priced property on next street which was much larger and more like a cosy home with a feeling you could relax there.

Did not have full inventory- missing some glasses etc. No bowls to eat from etc. felt very basic. Little atmosphere. Pillows in bed felt old and lumpy. Drainage in bathrooms poor- smelly drains.

Poor quality bed, bugs included.

Got bedbug bites from this place, sewers were smelly, bed was broken and soundproofing was non-existent (kudos to the group of ladies who were shouting at the hallway). Was not expecting anything fancy at this cost but really… I informed the host about the bedbugs but they really did nothing useful about it.

Mixed, good location and facilities but a few teething issues

This has great potential, the location is spot on for both old town and newer areas. Coffee, pastries and pizza literally on your door step. The facilities in the studio were very new and modern, though see comments about the 'bed' below.

The building itself is old, like a lot of Nice so some quirks are expected but the main stairwell needs redecorating and a bit of care. The main internal door to the 'apartments' is temperamental, it took us 25 mins once inside the building to get into the area where the rooms are. The door was jammed and after 3 phones calls with no answer to the owner, a call to booking.com and some messages we finally got in. Apparently there's a trick to get in but we were already trying that with me entering the code and my husband using his full weight to push the door. Having got inside the lock needs adjusting. The studio does have nice facilities however the sofa bed is just about ok for one night not two. You get one thin pillow each so if you like more support like me I had to use the little cushion from the sofa. There's room for a bed to be in there permanently and that would be a much more comfortable option. The extractor fan needs cleaning as it is thick with dust and be warned the drainage can really really smell so a flush of the toilet is needed every time you come back home. The doors aren't soft closing either and unfortunately we had some really noisy young teenagers next to us on the second night and the doors were banging until 1am. I don't want to put people off booking as it's a good location and good facilities it's just for the cost I think a wider understanding is needed so expectations aren't missed.

Horrible. Was VERY glad to leave

Good air conditioner and cooking facilities.

There were so many things we disliked. Firstly, the property is on the 4th floor which is technically 8 flights of stairs (with bags in European summer is ridiculously hard). Secondly, we booked for 9 nights as we were using Nice as our base. Do not stay here if you have a longer stay. They do not clean your room, we only received two toilet rolls, and one towel each (this was not stipulated when booking) Their recommendation was to wait for the cleaner to tell them we needed a clean. We waited but weren’t able to see a cleaner so had to request for towels and toilet paper. They didn’t even take our old towels away so the apartment smelt wet as there are no proper drying facilities. Also, the bed is so uncomfortable with flat pillows. Thirdly, the floor was filthy. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned as our feet were black. We had to clean this ourselves. Lastly, the neighbours are very weird, with one of them abusing our friend when walking down the stairs. Beware when staying here.

No tea and oil was out. Rubbish needed to be taken away as we had a 4 night stay, there was only one small rubbish bin. Cleaning lady was lovely though.

I would not stay here again

It was way smaller than it looked on pictures. Also the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The worst part was the whole building… already when you walk in there is this weird smell, then 4th floor without an elevator and some very questionable people there. We met this homeless (I guess) guy who was really high and then on our last they he was sleeping in front of the door and we called 112 as wasn’t sure if he is alive. You can see they put effort in the rooms but already now there are a lot of marks on the walls, squeaky bed and very unpleasant hallway… I did not feel safe leaving anything in the flat.

I think it’s one of the most nicely packed apartments I’ve stayed during travels - they have all you need like kettles/iron/cutlery etc. It’s very nicely located - close to main streets, but on the side of tourists. It’s very new, very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend others.

Please note it’s 4th floor no elevator, if you have a heavy suitcase like me getting there would be tough

Draps pas super propre , plusieurs taches sur les draps du lit ainsi que sur les serviettes de douches . La lumière des escaliers ne fonctionne pas se qui rend la tache difficile pour monter jusqu’au dernière étage avec une valise sans lumière

Chegamos depois da hora do checkin e o apartamento ainda estava a ser limpo, o colchão era extremamente desconfortável e acabamos a dormir no sofá cama, a casa de banho tinha sempre um cheiro a esgoto muito intenso, precisamos de ajuda com a televisão e a comunicação foi quase inexistente e o nosso problema não ficou resolvido.

nella camera da letto gli spazi sono limitati, ma nonostante questo è una bella stanza. Da cambiare assolutamente i cuscini però!! è come se fossero inesistenti. Il padrone di casa ha inviato delle istruzioni per il check in poco chiare e quando ci ho parlato al telefono in INGLESE mi rispondeva in FRANCESE, è una cosa inammissibile! alla fine sono riuscita ad entrare in modo autonomo (per fortuna!!)

Помешкання підтвердило бронювання, але коли ми приїхали до нього, співробітник написав повідомлення, что воно вже зайняте і нам треба скасувати бронювання. Прийшлося терміново шукати нове помешкання і витратити 3 години для з'єднання з підтримкою Букінга та заселення в інше приміщення.

Perfekta lokācija.

Atrašanās vieta. Viss centrs, vecpilsēta, pludmale, restorāni, krodziņi, veikali, parks - pastaigas attālumā. Ērtas gultas, kondicionētājs, virtuve. Ielas otrā pusē pārtikas veikals. Visur apkārt ēstuves, krodziņi. Īpaši patika "Mama Roma" itāļu ēstuvīte šajā pašā ēkā.

Jāņem vērā, ka dzīvoklīši atrodās 4. stāvā (citiem tas ir 5. stāvs :)), un ēkā nav lifta, tādēļ tas jāņem vērā. Kāpņu telpā varēja būt svaigāks gaiss. :) Vannas istabā pie izlietnes nebija ziepju (nācās pašam nopirkt). Pie gultas varēja būt naktslampiņa.

Super Lage und Recht ruhig.

Die Bettwäsche war mit Flecken und die Decke hatte Brandlöcher von einem Bügeleisen. Es gibt in der ganzen Wohnung keine Hacken um irgendwas aufzuhängen, weder für Jacke noch für Handtücher. 4 Etage ohne Aufzug ist auch nicht für jedermann/frau.

Bonita, pequeña y alta

El lugar muy limpio y moderno. Todo estaba nuevo y está todo equipado para incluso cocinar. Es un lugar pequeño. Considerar que la cama es un sofá cama a fin de ganar espacio en el lugar. La ubicación genial y uno puede hacer un self check in.

El lado negativo del Airbnb es el edificio en el cual está localizado. Es un muy antiguo y de muchos olores. Bastante pintoresco. El mini estudio está ubicado en el 4to piso. Considerar esto para personas con discapacidad porque el edificio no cuenta con ascensor.
