Wonderful, light-filled apartment, close to everything yet quiet and secure. Anne-Geneveive was a fabulous host - very welcoming and organised. The apartment was very clean, organised and stocked with the essentials to get us started for a great stay.

Apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Plenty of space. Great balcony overlooking internal courtyard, with table and chairs. Location was perfect - close to shopping, main Place Massena, promenade, and beach.

We stayed here for 7 nights in September. The apartment was perfect. Location, cleanliness, security, space, decor, and comfort were all great. The host could not have been nicer and provided everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Nice.

The property was in an amazing location in the centre of Nice, yet was quiet and serene as it faced the lovely garden at the rear of the apartment block. We enjoyed fresh croissants, bread and patisserie from the local boulangerie.The apartment was spacious,well equipped and air-conditioned, and we enjoyed sitting on the spacious terrace for drinks, breakfast etc. It was only a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, shops, transport and the old town. Nice is a great central point for all the fabulous places on the Cote D’Azur and is a beautiful city to explore on its own.Many thanks to Anne-Geneviève and her husband for drinks and suggestions for restaurants. Would love to stay here again in the future.
