Art Deco 3-room apartment of 70 m² in the heart of Nice, in an UNESCO World Heritage Site. A few minutes' walk from the Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice, shops, and public transportation. Direct access from the airport by tram. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator (a rarity in the city center), bright, with balconies in each room and air conditioning in each of the 3 main rooms. 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed and TV, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, separate WC.
