L'immeuble est incroyable, le jardin très agréable. Le parking est très appréciable. L'appartement est en rez-de-chaussée sans vue, très propre, bien meublé et très bien équipé. Idéal pour découvrir la ville en étant un peu à l'écart de la foule. Il y a une super épicerie à quelques rues "épicerie de Cimiez" qui propose du pain et des viennoiseries.
Le confort du canapé-lit est moyen mais acceptable.

Отличные апартаменты, в которых есть абсолютно все для пребывания. Большое количество посуды, как для сервировки так и для приготовления пищи. Апартаменты расположены в очень красивом здании с историей в респектабельном районе Ниццы. Высокие потолки, много воздуха, тихо. Гостеприимный хозяин.
Обратите внимание, что апартаменты находятся на первом этаже.

This might be an advantage in hot Summer days, but in March, when I visited, the floors are cold and some carpets or slippers would have been nice :)
