Fantastic location right next to the old town and not *too* far up the hill that you can't wheel your suitcases up from the tram. Very close to trams, restaurants, etc.
Getting / returning keys was a complicated process that would have been nice to just be done through a key safe or a place we could go to collect them / drop them off.

Excellent location. Secure and safe. Quiet. Apartment was bigger then we expected too. Netflix on the TV. Good host available on the phone, a nice man met us at the property to hand over the keys at start and end of trip.
Some of the furnishings and furniture a little worn/tired.
