Centrally located air conditioned apartment
The lady Nora maintaining the house was very helpful and kind. The flat was close to the station and was very clean and well equipped with pots and fountain. It was also good that the flat was air conditioned.
1. The lights in one of the bedrooms weren't working 2. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and the beds were too small for 2 people and tall people(1.9m+). 3. The water pressure and the temperature was not good enough and sometimes the showers stopped or switched to cold water suddenly.

Warm water needed to be enabled by a push on a button on the boiler which displayed an error message, otherwise awesome. But the weather was hot anyway so the cold shower came in quite handy

Good
Large apartment/rooms with 2 Toilets, 2 Showers and 1 Bathroom, so ideal for large groups. Comfortable beds. Bed linen and towels supplied. Ideal location, 5 Mins walks to train and tram stations. 15 mins walks to beach/old Nice or 5 mins tram ride. 2 Supermarkets and plenty of food outlets with in few minutes. Double glaze windows provide good noise insulation. We got our keys within 5 mins of arriving at the apartment.
Only fans (5 provided) to keep you cool and not ideal for 33 heat in the summer.Having to keep windows open in the night might not give you good night sleep with noise outside. More than eight people have to use sofa bed but we used air beds provided for children.
