Location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Great for 2 couples.
3 flights of stairs which can’t be helped in the old town . Poor bathroom with flaking paint and mould but we just grabbed a quick shower and out for the day. Management company hold €500 but not taken from card until no damages ensured. They didn’t respond for 5 days with a couple of questions I had. An insurance company gets in touch to offer help with any damages at a cost of £15. And to hold bags they charge €5 per bag with a €20 minimum on the card! So be aware of the hidden costs.

The location of as outstanding the old town was so central and it was so easy to get around.
It had access to loads of food eateries and the markets were lovely.
Although we know it had no elevator there were so many flights of stairs.
The lights in the premises were nit working and with lots of stairs was a safety issue.
The towels for guests were disgusting , threadbare and had holes. Not acceptable for a booking.
We arrived early which was appreciated but there were no pillow cases. It was sorted.

So much about this flat is fantastic. Excellent location in the Vieille Ville (Old Town). You can see the sea from the apartment if you (carefully) lean out of the window. An Epicerie with items to buy for breakfast (milk, cereal, sliced bread etc) was 30m away; perfect! The flat is 50m from where you pick up the keys; also perfect! Would definitely return.
A little peeling paint in the bathroom, quite usual in an old flat / bathroom with no windows and the fan worked perfectly, so we didn't mind at all. The toaster only toasted half the bread on each side and didn't stay down very v well. To be fair, we probably should have said something about the toaster, but it didn't bother us enough! Absolutely everything else was top notch brilliant.

Amazing location, aircon is great, spacious and quiet.
Bathroom is mouldy, there is a horrible smell in the whole apartment, all our belongings smelt for weeks afterwards it was very pungent and strong. We had to get all our clothes professionally washed to get it of it.
