Property was in old town Nice. Right in the mix of everything. Pull out couch was very comfortable. Customer service was fantastic and
As other reviewers stated, there are several flights of stairs. Was fine for us but could be tough with a lot of luggage. The downstairs shower wasn’t fully draining properly while we were there and we noticed some sewer smells at times. Overall a great stay.

Great location and had everything we needed
The 10 flights of stairs to the apartment after walking around Nice for the day.
The washing machine is plumbed in the hot water so could not do a cold wash.
