Ligging, net en schoon appartement. Mooi en praktisch ingericht. Fantastisch mooie hal bij binnenkomst.
Het was fijn om te weten op voorhand dat er renovaties plaats vinden aan het gebouw. Flink wat geluidsoverlast en daarnaast bouwpuin in de entree.

Dariusz met us in person for check-in to the apartment. It is well-appointed, clean and inviting. There is also an outdoor terrace which is a welcome space.
Fabulous location on the harbour; within walking distance to restaurants and points of interest. Close proximity to the tram-line.

La literie était vraiment superbe ! Le logement était très propre et la cuisine fonctionnelle. La terrasse était très agréable, calme, propre et à l’abri des regards.
La communication avec le propriétaire du logement a été excellente !
À 5/10min à pied du Vieux-Nice.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
