Location was excellent with easy access to old Nice and the port (we could walk to our cruise ship). The apartment was big and generally well appointed.
The entrance and stairs need a major upgrade.

Emplacement idéal, proche tram et toutes commodités. Appartement bien agencé, décoration agréable et chaleureuse, cuisine fonctionnelle.
Immeuble calme, l'ascenseur est un réel point positif.
Rideaux pas assez occultants, lumière du jour très tôt le matin.
Les joints de la parois de douche abîmés ou insuffisants, selon l'orientation du pommeau de douche c'est l'inondation dans la salle de bain.
Chauffe-eau petit, il ne faut pas traîner sous la douche.

Bathroom was spacious and good
tv with Netflix.
Modern looking.
High cealing and lights
AC was in the living room, not in the bedroom.
No full length mirror. In fact only one bathroom mirror in apartment
Window view was not that great. Can see through other house windows and dustbins on the ground.
