The location is superb! Couldn't be better for a stay in Nice. You feel like you're in a safe neighbourhood just steps away from the old town with easy access to the tram and busses for out-trips. The apartment is close to great shops and restaurants without being noisy. The beach, harbour, Cours Salaya market and Castle Hill are all around 15-20 mins walk. The apartment has a cute balcony and 2 showers - a real plus for a family! The hosts very friendly, quick to respond and proactive. We'd stay here again with a working AC!
Unfortunately the air conditioner wasn't working and although the hosts did their utmost to try to fix it for our week long stay, it remained broken so the apartment was very hot and we couldn't sleep. The hosts kindly provided us with a few fans and a portable air conditioner near the end of our stay.

Un havre de calme à proximité de la vie intense du vieux Nice. Accès très facile et parking public à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux et nous y avons séjourné à 6 avec un grand confort. Nous recommandons chaleureusement la location de ZePerfectPlace.
Bonne forme physique recommandée pour monter les escaliers au 3 ème étage.
