Cap de Nice

L’appartamento, ha due camere da letto entrambe con bagno privato in un edificio di piccole dimensioni e in una zona tranquilla.

Una delle due camere da letto ha la finestra che si affaccia sul soggiorno (invece che all’esterno), di conseguenza è buia e non arieggiata. I nostri indumenti, riposti nello stand guardaroba hanno preso un odore di umidità/muffa davvero spiacevole. Nel cucinino non funzionava la luce (a parte quella sotto il pensile). Avevamo prenotato per sei persone e non abbiamo trovato pronto il divano letto… abbiamo dovuto aprirlo noi, cercare la biancheria e prepararlo. Inoltre mancava parzialmente la biancheria da bagno per due persone. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto indicazioni per sapere dove poter parcheggiare la nostra auto e non le abbiamo mai ricevute.

Sehr steile und gefährliche treppe zum meer. Waschmaschine war defekt. Gastgeberin hat um 5.00 uhr morgens angerufen da wir das auto umparkieren sollten, da es angeblich den verkehr blockierte, dies war aber nicht der fall. Wir hatten wie die anderen tage dort parkiert, wo sie uns gezeigt hatte. Aussserdem stand in der email nach der buchung, dass wir den schlüssel an einem anderen ort als die Unterkunft abholen sollten. Dies war dann ebenfalls nicht so. Das war schon sehr nervig.

Very nice and well equipped apartment in a magnificent area. Very helpful staff. Clean, spacious and everything one might need in walking distance. Supermarket on the other side of the road. Restaurants, trains and beach can be reached by walking easily and within reasonable time. Jacuzzi was a nice addition. Will definitely re-book once coming back to Nice.

Tbh- nothing. Actually there was only a small issue with the dishwasher that had some electric glitch but this was not a large problem.
