The residence has a pool with panoramic views, beautiful gardens and a secured parking. It has an ideal situation, within walking distance to the most beautiful resorts on the French Riviera: Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-mer and Villefranche-sur-mer.
This two bedrooms flat lies on the ground level, having a terrace and a small private garden. It was recently renovated, fully equipped with new furniture, modern fitted kitchen and lots of storage.

I was very impressed at the communication from the host prior to checkin. They provided a detailed PDF and checked in to make sure that I had received it. Gaining access to the property was extremely smooth and they were quick to reply over WhatsApp. The kitchen was GORGEOUS and very large by European standards. I was very impressed by how extremely outfitted the kitchen was with serveware and appliances. It was amazing. The twin beds in our daughter’s room were some of the most comfortable I have ever laid on. And it was nice to have a pull-out couch in the living room to relax as a family and wind down at the end of the day. Once you know the bus system, it is very easy to get around and into town. Or it is a very easy walk to town on the beach front promenade which is flat. The pool there was lovely especially with having a little poolside bar with snacks available. Only thing to note is that the pool is very deep. In the shallow end it is about 5ft which was challenging with a child but very nice for adults. Overall the property was very nice and well maintained and in a great location for beach and pool access. Highly recommend for people wanting to enjoy the beach over the town.

We stayed for a week in this lovely ground floor apartment, it had everything we needed and the space was used well. My 11 yr old twins said it felt homely and they didn't want to leave. The communal pool was a good size, warm and clean. The poolside bar man was helpful and friendly. Food was sold here which looked nice but we didn't eat there. The owners of the apartment were really responsive with my many questions and were very friendly. There were some useful information in the apartment. The locked car lar was for our hire car. Would definitely recommend. .

Location great: near the car park for unloading, near the bus stop for local buses including to Nice, a pretty walk to Villefranche Train Station one way or the other way to Beaulieu Station. Good for getting to the Ephrussi House and the coastal walk round St Jean Cap Ferrat. The appartment is very well designed: compact yet has everything you need for a family holiday.

Very good location and perfect as a hub for us as a family with daily trips to different locations in the area. Close to the beach and a good pool area with drinks, snacks ice cream etc. The appartment is well equipt with everything that you need!

Thank you so much for a lovely holiday. This apartment was perfect for our needs, well maintained, clean and very well equipped. Also a lovely out door seating area and the use of a fabulous pool which was never over crowded. There is a very convenient and regular bus service just outside of the apartment block making the nearby towns of Ville Franche and Beaulieu Sur Mer easily accessible, although they were also within walking distance. The bus and train service also meant that resorts further afield were accessible including Nice and Menton. Overall a very good experience and well recommended.

Pros: Nice pool, lovely beach nearby, and well equipped apartment. Very pleasant and informative host, easy to contact. Cons: Residence run down and far from shops. Need a car to get around. Eating outside was not that pleasant - many mosquitoes, furnitures soaked in water every night due to sprinklers, and no views as it was at garden level in contrast to apartments with balconies.

Sandwiched between Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat, one couldn't hope for a better location: 2 beaches within a 5 min walk, train in 10 mins, and free parking!. After touring for the day, the pool was wonderful to enjoy and included a restaurant where you could get croissants in the morning or lunch. The apartment was incredibly well equipped with everything having its place in the small space. Our dog was very welcome. Great internet for working remotely. Amazing stay!

My family and Me (2 teenagers and 2 adults) stayed at the apartment in June 2019 and had a lovely time! The location is great, close to beaches in Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer & Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat as well as inland destinations such as Eze and Nice. Also, it is within walking distance to an array of Cafes, Resturants, Supermarkets and Shops. The apartment itself is very well equipped with all the essential stuff. We lacked absolutely nothing. The pictures in the ad depict the rental very well. Contact with Ioan was smooth and trouble free, very helpful and kind. All in all, highly recommended and we would not hesitate to come back!

The location of the apartment was ideal, with just a short walk to the beach and lovely village of villefranche. The pool within the complex was a big hit with our two children and did not get overcrowded even though we were there at end of July. If driving there the apartment is very easy to find and has secure parking. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was quite cosy, but clean and had a great shower, the only negative points we had was that the ventilation fan provided did not work and also the microwave did not work but this did not spoil our weeks stay and would definitely consider this again for future breaks. Ioan the owner was very helpful throughout the booking process. ,

the apartment was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. perfect for 2 adults, it has a lovely modern bathroom with power shower. The building is set in beautiful well maintained gardens, there is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and a nice snack bar selling very reasonably priced food and drink. Although there were many more apartments in the building than we realised when we booked, it was never noisy or crowded. The location is absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance of Villefranche, Beaulieu. St, Jean Cap Ferrat also the bus stops and two train stations.There are beautiful views all round, this area is among the most beautiful on the Cote D'Azur.. We have no complaints about either the apartment or the area, we had a wonderful week and would highly recommend it.

The apartment is located in a large, beautifully kept garden. We loved the privacy - there are hedges that nicely separate the terrace (with sliding glass doors as entrance) from neighbouring apartments. Inside everything is light and bright, modern and with every comfort, including a microwave, a dishwasher and even a washing machine. The same is true for the bathroom which looks brandnew with elegant tiles in a light sandstone beige. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. We loved the great location: the beach of Villefranche is a short walk - 5 minutes - away. The train station of Villefranche as well as of Beaulieu are about a 10 minute walk away. The peninsula of Cap Ferrat is right in front. The bus to/from Nice stops very near the house, on the road right above. We will definitely go back!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon there and after one week, we can say that it had definitely been the best choice! The apartment offers a very cosy atmosphere, with all sort of facilities one could need during a vacation. The rooms are modernly decorated, clean and comfortable. The terasse is a great asset of the apartment, which we used everyday for our breakfast and late evening dinners. What is more spactacular though is the location of the apartment, in the most amazing spot on the Cote d'Azur, between Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu, at the tip of the St Jean Cap Ferrat Peninsula, at less than 100 m from the beach, which allows for plenty of touristic experiences around. The residence is safe, quiet and has its own swimming pool and parking places, which we very much appreciated. We are already planning to go back !
