Located on the 2nd and last floor of a small condominium, the apartment benefits from an exceptional panoramic view at 220 ° on Saint Jean-Cap Ferrat, the harbor of Villefranche, Mont Boron, the castle of Nice, the Baie des Anges and the entire Nice hinterland.

With a surface area of 105 m², the apartment consists of a large living / dining room of over 35m² with large bay windows, a beautiful kitchen open to the outside (balcony and veranda), 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms. A balcony goes around the apartment and allows you to fully enjoy the exceptional view.

The apartment is located on Chemin du Vinaigrier between the middle and the large ledge. Ideally located for visiting Monaco, Eze, Turbie, Menton and of course Villefranche-sur-Mer and Nice.

At an altitude of 200m, the position is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the seaside while having a breathtaking view.

The nearest shops located at the "Villefranche-Corne d'Or pass" are located 400m away and include all the essential local shops (bakery, butcher, convenience store, bank, gas station, etc.).

A minibus service stops at the foot of the building. Bus lines allow easy access to Nice or Villefranche.

Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! We can’t say thank you enough for how kind you were with our family. Can’t wait to come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We flew to Nice & were intending to hire a car but we didn’t need to. The efficient public transport enabled us to get around easily. The walk to Nice was a pleasant 25 min downhill walk & we did this several times.

This condo has gorgeous views that cannot be overstated. The balcony wraps around multiple sides of the condo. You are on a mountainside, so you are probably going to drive rather than walk most places. There is a security fence for the property and ample parking right on the property. This town is like an upscale suburb of Nice, and there are great restaurants down by the water. You are also close to Villa Ephrussi and the coastal cape walk around Cap Ferrat

Four adults stayed in this spacious apartment with a stunning view of the gorgeous Mediterranean. There was plenty of room and every piece of kitchenware you could possibly want. Having a washing machine was very helpful. All dish, dishwasher & clothes washer soaps were included. The apartment was a lovely place to have breakfast & coffee and a welcoming haven after long days of sightseeing. One day we stopped at the nearby (short steep hike) market for light dinner goodies and enjoyed them with the amazing view. The welcome packet provided by the host was the most complete I've ever experienced - in three languages! The property management company was courteous & prompt in letting us in at the beginning of our stay, as well as explaining some of the unfamiliar appliances, like the air conditioners. I did have some trouble reaching them by phone a few times. Both phone numbers provided went straight to voicemail, saying not to leave a message, but to text to one of the numbers. I never was able to tell if they received those texts, and got no reply. When I did reach them by phone, they were helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Although it is a cab or Uber ride to the train station (or pretty much anywhere, unless you have a car) the location was superb as a "base camp" for seeing the entire French Riviera.

Beautiful setting and great location. View truly is spectacular. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a property manage to let us in even though we provided an eta an hour before arrival as requested. Otherwise enjoyed are stay and would stay again. The host’s manual with recommendations was very helpful.

Panoramic view was out of this world and makes up for the rest of the apartment being just OK. To get that magnificent view you have to drive up a very narrow and winding street, not for the faint of heart. The apartment had everything you would want for a comfortable stay, although the elevator to it was hit or miss. Communication was very good, parking onsite was much appreciated. Our kids were staying nearby in Nice and we told them you have to come over just to see the view. It really is that amazing.

Everything about this apartment is perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! You can feel the love and wonderful memories made there! The view is pure perfection! The elevator was small but so convenient when trying to haul our luggage up or down the stairs. Parking was a great plus! There is not one thing we were unhappy about or wish we could change. We had an amazing stay with our children and wish to visit back soon!

Our stay in this property with stunning views and location was great, and we are grateful for the opportunity. Much can be said about how lovely the apartment is, its views of the bays that leave you speechless and enjoying every minute on the lovely terrasse surrounding it. The lovely book of addresses and tips was also so kind, smart and useful and such a great addition that made us feel very welcomed in this lovely place. We really enjoyed it all. The only downfall I would like to note, as it was important enough, was that the apartment was not clean, at all. The floors were dirty, and the bathrooms and kitchen were also in need of a thorough cleaning. We had to use the vacuum upon arrival as the floors were covered in sand, hair and dust bunnies. The coffee machine was not empty and the coffee filter full of old coffee. This was disappointing because again, the apartment, its setting, views, the furniture are just beautiful. This apartment has seen a lot of love and most certainly charmed visitors; we most certainly enjoyed our stay but regretted the lack of cleanliness.

Truly fabulous apt. Spectacular views including full moon. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed breakfasts and drinks on balcony. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to many locations such as Eze, Nice, Monaco, St Jean de Cap Ferrat, and St Paul de Vence. Francois was a wonderful host. He solved check in confusion in seconds. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

The views from this apartment are breathtaking. A very comfortable and spacious apartment with all of the needed amenities. It is situated in a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of a bus stop a the doorstep. It is not at the city center but that makes for very quiet and restful surroundings and the taxi service is very good. The management company was very responsive and helpful. If I return to Nice, I would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us for a one week stay in Villefranche even though we didn’t need a 3 bdrm. The views are amazing and we enjoyed coming home after a day touring to this gem of a property. You will have all of the amenities you need, a comfortable temperature (we stayed in Sept), a cozy large living room with panoramic views and an amazing wrap around balcony with a sweet little dining area outdoors that is covered. We loved it!

It is a beautiful condo with an absolutely stunning view from the many balconies that wrap around the building. The condo is spacious, airy and well-equipped. Francois went over and above to make our stay pleasant: Provided welcome gifts, an instruction booklet for the appliances, information about public transportation, stores, restaurants, places of interest, etc., and responded quickly to all inquiries before our stay. Sadly, for us, it had one crucial flaw: an obnoxious buzzing sound that occurred roughly every 90 seconds in one of the bedrooms. This noise prevented sleep, and ruined what was an otherwise awesome experience. We contacted Francois and he replied that he couldn't come out on a Sunday. He didn't come on Monday either. We left on Tuesday with the problem awaiting the next unfortunate guest. We would totally come back if this was resolved.

This was a great property with an unmatched view overlooking the Mediterranean, Nice, and Cap Ferrat. The pictures do not do justice to the actual view day and night. The apartment itself was exceptional with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. We did take out one night just to sit and enjoy the view. The location is perfect just outside Nice with easy parking onsite. There is a small commercial area within 1 mile of the house with great meat, cheese, bread, and wine. I also recommend the Brasserie du Col restaurant. It is a stiff walk back up the hill if you do decide to walk. The communication was great and the company that serviced the house for us was prompt and very helpful. No issues and this has to be one of the best views ytou will find!

The property is lovely with AMAZING VIEWS. You can just sit and watch the ocean below (from many different vantage points including inside and terraces) — or go for a walk and discover Villefrance-sur-Mer. Nice furnishings and linens, and the kitchen is stocked. There is also a small grocery and epicerie within walking distance.

The apartment has amazing views of Nice and St Jean Cap Ferrat. Completely unobstructed, highly perched, which provides incredible sunsets. Apartment is also very large and very well appointed. Very quiet, easy access to groceries and bakeries. Centrally located as well as it allowed us to visit the entire coast from Menton to St Tropez. Would certainly book it again if we are back in this beautiful region of France. Un grand merci François.

We really enjoyed our stay at François’. He was very friendly and helpful host. Everything needed was found in the lovely, nice and clean apartment. The living room was great for two families and the kitchen was well equipped. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and air conditioning. The best thing, however, was the spectacular views from the balcony! We are really happy. Thank you!

Our family were very impressed on entering the apartment's large modern lounge, dining area to see the beautiful extensive views from our position on the hill. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. We were continually taking photos from the balcony, of the large cruise ships that would arrive in the bay early morning, the light on the old fort and the Nice Port buildings and across the city. All of which would change as the sun moved during the day. The lights at night were lovely to watch, especially the curve along the Nice promenade and the twinkling runway lights in the distance of Nice airport. Unfortunately our cameras were not good enough to catch that setting. We visited Villefranche, Eze, Monaco and even drove to Avignon for the day. A wonderful stay here for our family holiday which we will always remember. Also, Janine was very welcoming on our arrival. Thank you Francois.

Magnificent in Villefranche

This property is perfectly named. It provides panoramic views from the moment you arrive. The apartment is roomy and very comfortable with well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and baths. A bus line is located in front of the property and provides access to the main bus lines into Nice and along the coast, allowing the ease of visiting the many cities and towns along the Riviera. A few hundred meters away is a bakery, butcher, grocery and restaurant. Jeanine, who greeted us was very helpful and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The panoramic view as the sun sets and into the evening are enviable. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again!

Can't speak highly enough about the property. Gorgeously designed, immaculate and ideally equipped. The view is beyond anything we imagined and the service/host is a pro. The location is A++ for exploring the Côte d'Azur. We hope to return again next year!
