Located on the 2nd and last floor of a small condominium, the apartment benefits from an exceptional panoramic view at 220 ° on Saint Jean-Cap Ferrat, the harbor of Villefranche, Mont Boron, the castle of Nice, the Baie des Anges and the entire Nice hinterland.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for a family or two couples. Very convenient to have a washing machine and clothes line after travelling. Our third visit to this apartment with many memories of the amazing view whilst sitting on the balcony enjoying meals or apero.

Both the apartment and Villefranche exceeded our expectations even with all the positive reviews. Woke up every morning looking forward to the magnificent view. … and the sunshine. One thing to mention if you have a car. Better plan on a “character building” driving experience in both the neighborhood and Riviera in general Walking is not really an option (steep) but did often see a small bus at the adjacent bus stop We already hope to come back some day

We really enjoyed our stay at François’. He was very friendly and helpful host. Everything needed was found in the lovely, nice and clean apartment. The living room was great for two families and the kitchen was well equipped. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and air conditioning. The best thing, however, was the spectacular views from the balcony! We are really happy. Thank you!
