Cool, designer apartment. Amazing views of Cap Ferrat. Comfortable beds, decent shower, Sonos music system. Helpful concierge.
Was under the impression it was walking distance to Villefranche/Beaulieu. It's not, unless you want a steep uphill trek for an hour in the heat. It's perched above a dual carriageway, with very awkward access. Uber's struggle to find it, and pretty scary exiting having to perform a three point turn on a dual carriageway. Don't hire a big car! The pool is tiny- not as big as it looks in the pictures. Nobody went in it during our week in 30' heat. Shoddy door furniture- the handle snapped trying to open it. Charged 250 Euros to repair it. Very cheap, wobbly Ikea outdoor furniture- not what you'd expect in a £10k/week rental.
