I loved the design of the upper floor, all of the 4 rooms have amazing views over Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and the sea. The house is exactly the same as the one in the pictures! And perfectly equipped.

Everything! It is such a dreamy place, definitely a place I will recommend to others, I hope we will be able to come back every year. The staff is more than wonderful - from the Concierge to the Housekeeping. The location and the villa itself is amazing, so beautiful and so special. My husband didn't left the place even once, since everything was so pleasant, an enchanting idyll of peace and tranquillity!

There are a lot of things I liked about the property. Let’s start one by one : a) the villa looks so cool, views from every room are litteraly breath taking b) the living zone & pool area are stunning c) beds and pillows are super comfy and everything it’s supper clean and so functional (usb plug everywhere, 2m iphone’s charging cables in every room, also in the huge gym, and marvellous sonos speakers in every party of the villa, all the 4k tv of the villa with complimentary netflix and prime video membership) d) all staff was very friendly, kind and attentive, exceptionally welcoming and always happy to assist, special mention to Tiago he was awesome organising all our experience all around the area, the most unique and selected restaurants and clubs of the côte, normally impossible to reserve last minute had magically always the best place for us.. and Dora, our fancy housekeeper was so lovely and helpful.. e) more than fantastic value for the shuttle transportation service from / to airport, operated with a luxury Mercedes V-Class, much more inexpensive than a normal taxi and much more better! f) amazing Footpath to beaulieu-sur-mer reachable in 10 min by foot just a few meters away on the opposite side of the road g) fantastic super market shop, they also offer home delivery, at less than 1km h) location outstandingly close to monaco i) the garden is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, a really good atmosphere and feelings, that invite guests to sit looking at the sea and relax j) i would definitely stay again.
