Great location but terrible smell sometimes.

Location was super and clean.

There was a terrible sewer smell sometimes from the main bathroom. I had to wash my face in the kitchen. The bathroom door handle also broke.

The villa is just amazing! The location is great - quiet place, 3min walk to the beach and the the nearest cafe to get your coffee and croissants. The supermarkets and pharmacy are also near by. The interior is well and properly renovated with a good kitchen, bathroom, terrace and well conditioned & quiet bedrooms! We had an amazing stay and vacation!

We did not spot the necessity of the deposit / insurance in the description. The smaller insurance makes sense.

Excellent apartment in super location! Everything top - also with own garden/terrace. All very clean, new, comfortable and great!

The communication was a bit confusing at the beginning because the email stated to pick up the keys in Nice. In the end the keys were there for self-check in. So all good.

Only one toilet roll provided for 2 adults for a three day stay! Also only 2 sheets of kitchen roll left, and no tea towel, so difficult to keep kitchen tidy

Throughly enjoyed our stay

This is a beautiful property. It’s lovely and quiet. Ideally located for all the attractions. Close to train supermarket and so close to the sea. We were attending a family wedding in the area and this property was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again

A fantastic experience! Excellent apartment with a very nice location within 2 minutes walking distance from the public/private beaches. Private and secure parking, huge terrace, very charming and cosy design! We had everything we needed! Many thanks to Christine, the owner of the house who is living on the upper floor of the villa. We found a very good friend in her! Highly recommend the Villa Capriciosa for a family stay or for a romantic getaway! Merci !

Very good

The property is fantastic. Newly renovated, great outside space, comfortable beds. Passing train noise was there but very infrequently and not a bother.

Poor Property management communication. First they are based in Nice and they expect you to pick up keys before proceeding to property. According to their initial communication I would be expected to pay if I did not pick up keys. As we were arriving by train they did accommodate me and left the keys accessible at the property. Second, their email communication about payment is very unclear and needs to be rewritten. I received an email the day of arrival that said as I had chosen the prepay option I had to pay the full payment. AS I was traveling, and could not check my payment history, I paid the full payment only to realise that I already paid the full amount via booking.com. They did provide a refund quickly though after I emailed them telling them of the situation. They seemed to blame me for the error which was a bit irritating. Finally ,I requested the wifi passcode three times via booking messenger but never heard back from them. It did not matter as I have full roaming data in France but the mobile data was a bit slow. Shame for such a nice property to have such a poor property management firm. As a property host myself I know what it means to be clear, helpful and courteous.

Accomodatie was niet in de staat zoals getoond op de foto's. Buitenkeuken was kapot (deuren eraf) en niet functioneel. Te weinig servies, geen ontbijtkommen en weinig andere schaaltjes, maar 1 handvat voor pannen zonder handvat.
