We arrived at the property on the Sunday evening it only had toilet paper .No welcoming products in the apartment not even a bottle of water in the fridge. As for my partner was French we had the foresight to buy a few essentials on the Saturday ,

Wonderful stay in a nice comfortable appartment with an splendid outside view!
Comfort, facilities, space and location of the appartment were awsome! far enough from Nice to get peace but not far at all from center city of Nice.
Our stay was then absolutely great with a splendid overlook on the Baulieu Bay!
Only closed road which causes some noise, which slightly incommodates during night time.
This is the only reproach to be done to this splendid appartment.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhige Lage, jedoch mit Ausbau Charme.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön, schöne Lavendel- und Rosmarinhänge und Olivenbäume. Abends und Nachts sehr ruhig. Man bekommt nichts von den Nachbarn mit.
Kinder konnten sich gut auf der Terrasse austoben ohne jemanden zu stören.
Ausstattung in der Küche reicht für eine Woche Ferien.
Check-in und Checkout problemlos einfach.
Sehr viele Mücken, da die Wiese vor dem Haus durchgehend nass ist.
Auf den ersten Blick sauber,jedoch ist gründliche Reinigung von Ecken in den Zimmern nötig (Spinnen, Staubwehen und Schimmelflecken).
Möbel teilweise schlampig zusammengesetzt.
Haustür liess sich sehr schwer öffnen.

L'appartement Horizon est moderne, neuf, de beau volume. Le jardin ( des autres appartements) est joli et entretenu. La décoration est un peu clinique: blanc, noir et gris. L'equipement de la cuisine est complet; le wifi correct.
L'immeuble est situé au bord de la route de la corniche, à proximité d'un virage dédié à un pilote de F1. Il y a un important passage de véhicules. Certains testéronés assimilent la circulation sur la corniche à une course de côte: décélérations et accélérations engendrent un boucan rendant inutilisable la terrasse orientée vers la mer et nous obligeant à fermer les fenêtres. Grosse déception qui justifie 2 points de moins.
On aurait souhaité un éclairage d'ambiance dans le salon, éclairé comme la scène de l'Olympia... L'écran de la TV est lilliputien. Enfin, ma berline n'a pu se garer dans la propriété car le fond de caisse raclait le seuil d'entrée.

1. Wie schon letztes Jahr angemerkt, macht man sich mit einem eher langen oder flacheren Auto, bei der Hofeinfahrt, dieses kaputt, da man auf dem Eisenbolzen, welches das Tor hält aufsetzt. Ich hatte dies vergessen und bin natürlich erstmal schön als Ankunftsgeschenk mit meinem Auto aufgesessen. Es haben bereits weitere Gäste welche ebenfalls das Problem hatte vor der Einfahrt auf sehr steinigem Untergrund geparkt. Für uns war da leider kein Platz mehr. Letztes Jahr sind hier auch 3 Gäste während unseres Aufenthaltes aufgesessen Ich verstehe nicht, wie man es nicht schafft, so ein Problem, wo sich Kunden, reihenweiße die Autos kaputt machen, sofort zu beheben???? Es haben schon einige auch in den Bewertungen darauf hingewiesen und es wurde einfach innerhalb eines Jahres nichts gemacht, seit unserem letzten Besuch.
2. Das Apartment hatte keine Waschmaschine. Wenn man 3 Wochen, vor allem so wie wir zum Radsport Urlaub macht braucht man diese dringend. Die Wohnung im EG. hatte diese. So viel zum Upgrade.
3. Die Abflüsse in Dusche und Waschbecken waren ständig verstopft.
4. Das Bett war für meine 1,80 (was echt nicht riesig ist) zu kurz. Meine Füße haben hier über den Bettrand, je nach Position geschaut.
5. Der Lärm der Straße, ist im oberen Apartment echt unerträglich. Vor allem Nachts kann man nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen, und bei Hitze Lüften, da diese gerne als Rennstrecke benutzt wird.
6. Von 6 Türen hatten 3 defekte Henkel. Ich habe es einmal geschafft meine Freundin ausersehen im Schlafzimmer einzusperren, da diese nicht funktionierten.
7. Das W-Lan ist eine Frechheit uns sollte eigentlich nicht angeboten werden, da es einfach nicht funktioniert.
8. Extrem viele Mücken. Dafür kann der Betreiber nichts, ist aber echt nervig auf Dauer.
9. Kein Besen oder Staubsauger um mal sauber zu machen. Wir sind im Dreck gestanden nach 3 Wochen.
10. Aufgrund von einigen Punkten oben haben wir einfach echt schlecht geschlafen und uns nicht wirklich erholen können.

Habitations avec parking, c'est très appréciable pour le coin.
La terrasse et le jardin n'étaient pas contigus à l'appartement qui était au 1er étage.

Séjour très agréable.
Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement à mi-parcours de Nice et de EZE. Un cadre agréable constitué de 4 appartements indépendants situés dans un parc fermé et sécurisé, et une location spacieuse et moderne.
l'appartement n° 3 est à déconseiller à des personnes à mobilité réduite.
La porte d'entrée de l'appartement n°3 serait à changer, afin de ne pas chauffer inutilement.
