Firstly a property with an incredible view! It's rare that the pictures in the profile match the reality, but not in this case. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive to questions and requests. The property is very close to the train station and has busses stopping outside the door - you'd have no need for a car here. For convenience there is a small supermarket at street level and a bakery less than 100ft away. Lots of excellent restaurants also within walking distance. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

The penthouse is beautiful, very clean and comfortable with a great shower, lovely linen, great decorating and the views are incredible!
There was significant building noise (a new hotel/property being built in front of the penthouse) which we weren't advised of in advance (only as we were checking in) and we couldn't relax as they started very early, finished late and the noise went all day. The host was wonderful when we raised concerns, and we appreciate this is outside of their control.

We have been in Beaulieu several times before — this apartment has by far the best view over the Mediterranean and the Cap Ferrat. Perfect luxury accommodation for 2 people. Big living/dining room, very comfortable King bed, good kitchen, but especially the balcony where we could enjoy lunch in the sun overlooking the sea. Excellent location near restaurants, shopping and parking, but quiet.
