Superb modern air-conditioned 3p, south-facing terrace - Beaulieu-sur-Mer

So many positives! First, Beaulieu sur Mer is incredible. The property is spacious, exceptionally clean and well stocked. The shower was great and having a second water closet was a big plus. It's in a fantastic location, central to the train station and Super U full service market (4 minute walk) and is a 2 minute walk to the town square with it's daily markets, restaurants and stores. The beach is a 10 minute walk and very accessible. .The views from the apartment are fabulous - mountains from one side and sea on the other - just breathtaking. Our host Sandra was fantastic - always there if we needed her and very kind and helpful. The only downside for us was that it's on a rather noisy corner intersection, and despite the windows being double glazed, the noise was pretty intense at times. Also, no check ins are allowed on Sunday so be aware of that when booking. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO property is everything advertised and promised. We were very impressed with how the host handled both letting and following up for our seamless entry to the property. Inside we found a very clean well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one toilet/sink only), lots of towels, soaps in the bathrooms, very large TV (enter your own Netflix code), beautiful kitchen with ample cookware, dishes, wine glasses and cutlery, microwave, oven, dishwasher and clothes washer. Thoughtful additions included two umbrellas in case of rain. Easy access to Boulangerie, shopping, large grocery store and train station. Just 11 min to Nice, a few more to Monaco. The views from the terrace include both sea and breathtaking mountains. Check-out was as easy as check-in. We would rent this property again instantly. Thank you.
