A nice and clean apartment in a comfortable place. Good parking and close to bus and train station.

The communication with the owner and key-holder was very accurate. The apartment is nice and clean and the location is quiet, but close to the railway station, bus stop and supermarket. The walk to the beach takes not more than a few minutes. The two balconies give opportunities to relax in the sun or in the shadow during the day.

The flat was clean and provided with everything I needed. However, the sliding wardrope came off its runners on first use and the lighting in the bedroom was insufficient.
The water took ages to run away in the shower.
The fan didn't work and the TV kept switching itself on.

Overall, our stay at Alberto's place was satisfactory. The location was perfect for all of our activities. The beach, local shops, and restaurants are all within a short walk. The train is close to the house, but you don't hear the noise. The balcony access was perfect for drying our swimsuits. The host was a responsive communicator. At the same time, there are two areas where I did feel the description of the apartment fell short. There is no Wi-Fi, which is odd, honestly. The listed air conditioning is a portable AC unit. Now, I am from the US, and I recognize that we prefer a strong AC. At the same time, the unit is small, and since there is only one, you cannot cool down both sleeping areas simultaneously. In addition, we were not instructed on how to use the unit, which would have been helpful. Keeping the shades down all day helped a bit. So this place has pros and cons, and as long as you know them, you can make the best choice for you.
