Apartment on Place Massena

Ich war schon mehrmals in Nizza. Diese Lage zwischen Alt- und Neustadt ist hervorragend. Ich kann mir keine bessere vorstellen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Appartement komfortabel eingerichtet und der Minibalkon auch für einen Sundowner sehr gut geeignet, wenn auch nur im Stehen. Wenn wir wieder nach Nizza kommen, werden wir hier sicher wieder buchen.

Bardzo korzystne położenie apartamentu w centrum Nicei i blisko morza, na samym placu Massena, blisko parku z fontannami i Promenady Anglików. Już bliżej wszystkiego się nie da. Dojazd tramwajem do dworca praktycznie spod domu. Cudowny widok z dachu apartamentu na całe miasto. Poranna kawa z takim widokiem bezcenna ! Apartament dobrze wyposażony, niczego nie brakowało, w kuchni wystarczająco dużo naczyń i sprzętów kuchennych. Apartament przestronny, czysty, dwie sypialnie (większa i mniejsza) i duży salon połączony z kuchnią oraz łazienka. W łazience dużo miejsca i duża kabina prysznicowa. Lokal położony w kamienicy, więc nie jest nowy, ale to miejsce ma urok i każdy kto to doceni, a nie będzie się czepiał szczegółów, będzie się czuł jak w domu. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, czuliśmy się tam mile widziani. Schody na 4 piętro, więc trochę trzeba się nachodzić, ale my wiedzieliśmy o tym i nam to nie przeszkadzało. Nawet moi rodzicie w wieku emerytalnym dawali radę, choć był to wysiłek. Wróciłabym chętnie w to miejsce i każdemu polecam!

The location is truly excellent, right in the heart of Place Masséna, making it very convenient to explore the city. The apartment itself is spacious and full of natural light, which made it pleasant to stay in. It is on the top floor, and while the stairs are quite tiring, this was clearly stated beforehand. The host, Sebastian, was polite and welcoming, helped us with the luggage, and even left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture.

Unfortunately, the experience did not start well. On the day of arrival, the host informed us of a major issue with a bathroom leak and a broken boiler, even suggesting we might need to find another place. Although the problem was eventually fixed the same evening, it created stress and uncertainty at the beginning of our stay. There was also an unpleasant smell at times in one of the bedrooms where the boiler and pipes are located. Additionally, we had ongoing trouble accessing the building because the main door code did not work properly, and this issue was only resolved on our last day. Overall, despite the host being polite, these inconveniences affected our overall experience.

The apparent is nice located, it is spacious and well disposed.

Poor equipped kitchen, no wine opener, no sissier and no cutting board among other things. Not enough sheets for everyone. The sky view is actually nothing you can access. No chairs and no space.
