The location was well situated and within easy walking distance to the tram and local attractions.

No laundry facilities.

There are 3 different locked doors to get through before you are at the apartment front door, so we felt VERY safe. The apartment had a small washing machine and a drying rack, so we washed clothes every day and were able to head off to Paris with no dirty clothes. There was also coffee provided, and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. The apartment is right at the edge of Old Nice, which is full of shops and great restaurants. We were also right on the tram stop, which was convenient for getting around to other areas we wanted to visit.

Being right in the tram line was nice, but the sound of the bell when it pulled in could be heard through the walls at night when we were sleeping. We could also hear late-night partiers on the street below. The living room was missing the blackout shades that appear in the photos of the apartment, so if you were sleeping on the couch or in the loft space of our unit, it was hard to rest once the sun came up. The space was very bright.
