Location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and near lots of restaurants and night life. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for our base in Nice for three days. Dish soap and laundry detergent were provided, along with a coffee machine and some pods.
The property is up four flights of stairs (c.80 steps!) so could be tricky with small kids, albeit our 5 and 8 year old managed their one trip up a day (we were out a lot!). The sofa bed was a little tight for two adults, but perfectly manageable for the three nights. The shower cubicle is very tight, and the shower head is not wall mounted. This was the only downside for me, however we recognise the space constraints.

Praticamente tutto. Posizione eccezionale, nel cuore della città vecchia. Vicinissimo anche alla promenade. Appartamento carino, molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste e a dare una risposta a tutti i nostri dubbi.
Nulla. Darei un consiglio per dare una valutazione eccellente a tutte le voci, qualcosa in più nella fornitura del materiale di uso quotidiano (asciugamani, carta igienica ecc..)

The location. Right in the middle of all the actions. Just a few minutes to the beach.
It is on level 5 ( 4th floor) with steep and dark staircase. Horrible if you have luggage.
