La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima, vicino al mare, vicino ai punti di interesse della città e circondata da ristoranti e locali. Ogni necessità è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre l’host è sempre stato gentilissimo, disponibile e tempestivo nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo.

La zona giorno e la camera da letto sono comunicanti (come fosse tutto un unico open space, separato solo da una tenda) cosa di cui non ci eravamo resi conto in fase di prenotazione. Il condizionatore funziona bene ma è abbastanza rumoroso, inoltre, dovendo lasciare il tubo fuori dalla finestra questa deve rimanere sempre aperta e quindi ad ogni ora si sentono i rumori della strada. In generale la pulizia dell’appartamento è da approfondire e bisognerebbe fornire del materiale per la pulizia del bagno. Il bagno si allaga facilmente dato che c’è solo la tenda nella doccia e il lavandino è veramente troppo piccolo, inoltre mal posizionato il mobiletto al di sopra dove si rischia di sbattere la testa.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and near lots of restaurants and night life. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for our base in Nice for three days. Dish soap and laundry detergent were provided, along with a coffee machine and some pods.

The property is up four flights of stairs (c.80 steps!) so could be tricky with small kids, albeit our 5 and 8 year old managed their one trip up a day (we were out a lot!). The sofa bed was a little tight for two adults, but perfectly manageable for the three nights. The shower cubicle is very tight, and the shower head is not wall mounted. This was the only downside for me, however we recognise the space constraints.

The location. Right in the middle of all the actions. Just a few minutes to the beach.

It is on level 5 ( 4th floor) with steep and dark staircase. Horrible if you have luggage.
