- The apartment is located in the heart of Nice Old Town, near everything. Beach, Restaurants, Shops, Public Transport, etc, etc, etc. Perfect Location.
- It's a perfect apartment to visit the city and be the base to visit other places like Cannes or Monaco.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple meals.
- When we arrived, the apartment was clean and tidy.
- The bar downstairs from the apartment is very noisy, making it impossible to get a restful night's sleep.
- The mattress on one of the beds (bedroom with bathroom) also needs to be replaced quickly, as it is no longer comfortable to sleep on.

The apartment itself was very nice and well located in Old Nice.
The hosts of the property were very helpful on check in.
Unfortunately the cafe / bar in the alley behind the apartment stayed open very late and there were alot of VERY LOUD people outside in the alley up to 5:30 AM one night/ morning - our group stayed for 3 nights and barely got any sleep.
