NS Spacieux T3 au cœur du Vieux Nice

Location was great. Facilities were good for the most part.

This property was advertised as having air conditioning. However it doesn’t! There was a wall fan in each bedroom. It was 34 degrees which made it an uncomfortable stay. Bedding needs to be updated.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town. So many shops and restaurants around

We let them know we would have 5 people but there were only 4 towels and 1 wash rag and no extra sheets or pillows for the 5th person. Pull out sofa was not usable so the just slept on the couch. They also only had 1 trash bag and not much toilet paper so ended up having to purchase those things. Some chairs were broken as well so had to be careful not to use them

Localisation parfaite proche de tout. Appartement calme, bien agencé, convient parfaitement à une famille de 4. Équipements utiles : cafetière, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, et ustensiles pour cuisiner. Literie confortable. Wifi utile.

Appartement sombre du fait de l'emplacement, utilisation des lumières d'appoint obligatoire. Écoulement difficile de la douche et du lavabo : il faut y remédier. Un couteau économe serait le bienvenu.

Location was in heart of old nice. Spacious for three people. Television has a good choice of channels. There is a kitchen to prepare simple meals.

NO ELEVATOR!! Steep steps up to 1st floor. Only one air conditioner in whole apartement that leaks and must be looked after. Black fungus in bathroom shower and toilet. No windows in bedrooms. Communication with owner is challenging. Refrigerator dies not function well and not the freezer…Asked about ice maker in refrigerator that does not function and response was dismissive and useless, “It’s the first time I’ve been asked, there should be a button to push” forget about having ice on hand. Because it’s located in old Nice there is no possibility for a taxi drop off. Lots of steps to get to the building and up to the apartement. Old building with NO elevator!! Yet WHY in the description does it say elevator??? NOT TRUE!!!
