Great apartment in the heart of Nice. Easy access to beach, old town and tram. Apartment very small but comfortable for 3 people. Would have been nice to have some coffee pods for the machine. Would have preferred this over the free wine to be honest.
Bit noisy as very busy and lots of people bustling outside even at 2am and the next door apartment had a baby that was constantly crying (I guess we were just unlucky).

The location was excellent. Easy access to everything in the old town. Short walk to the beach. Really liked the complimentary items (olive oil) as this makes a big difference for when you are traveling.
There was street noise a couple of nights ( to be expected due to old town location).
