The property is good size in a nice location, very handy for visiting and exploring nice old town. The beds were comfortable and the property itself was clean, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
The security deposit system via a third party company with terrible reviews, left us concerned that we would be scammed and we nearly cancelled the entire booking, in the end we had no problems but it did mean we were constantly wondering if there would be post holiday issues, I would have preferred the actual booking cost to be increased by 40 - 50 euros for the week. The Freezer door would not stay shut meaning the freezer could not be used. The property is listed as having air-conditioning but this is actually only present in the living room and on a short timer, this did not affect our stay in April but could be a problem in the hights of summer. The communal areas of the property (stairs) we rather grubby and the stairs very steep and shallow.

L'appartement est idéalement situé devant un arrêt de tram, à l'entrée du Vieux-Nice. Une boulangerie, une supérette aux horaires étendus et de nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité. L'emplacement permet de rayonner à la fois dans Nice (à pied ou en transports publiques) et offre la possibilité de rejoindre rapidement et confortablement les sites incontournables de la Côte d'Azur (en bus ou train): Menton, Monaco, Eze ou Antibes.
L'appartement se trouve au 2ème étage d'un vieil immeuble sans ascenseur. Il a deux niveaux accessibles par un escalier étroit. Les murs sont très mal insonorisés et le bruit des noctambules peut être dérangeant.

De locatie van het appartement is geweldig! Leuk uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Het appartement zelf ziet er ook leuk en gezellig uit.
Het enkel glas in een van de slaapkamers is wat jammer, kan hierdoor snel koud worden.
