The apartment is big and air conditions can cool the whole apartment which was very helpful. And everything is so clean! It has everything that you need.
I didn't like that it's on the last floor without elevator because I had baby and strollers so had to bring that all the way up everyday.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully equipped. Olivia was a friendly and responsive host, and she kindly accommodated our early arrival in Nice by allowing us to check in before the scheduled time. Thank you, Olivia!
The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.
While the apartment itself was clean, the building and the street outside felt old and had an unpleasant odor, as it is located in the Old Town area.
The Wi-Fi signal did not work well in the bedroom.

Overall our stay was amazing. Great location. it's right smack at old nice. Food, cafes, shopping, market were very accessible. The beach was just a few minutes walk. House was very clean and comfortable as well. Will definitely book this again if i ever go back to Nice.
There was no bidet in the toilet which i think is mostly the case in France. House was big and could have accomodated more beds for a bigger group.
