Polecam ze względu na cene i lokalizacje, bardzo ładnie w starej części miasta. Kontakt z właścicielem super, zepsuta klimatyzacja naprawiona następnego dnia. Wokół sklepiki i sporo lokali gastronomicznych oraz przystanek tramwajowy.
Niestety standard troszkę odbiegał od normy, upalne lato niestety wymuszały używanie wentylatorów, które były mocno zakurzone i bez rozbrojenia nie dało się kurzu pozbyc. Rozumiem, że apartament był użytkowany od jakiegos czasu ale leżąc na materacu na antresoli jest duszno z widokiem na spleśniały sufit w skrytce obok głowy. Spowodowało to konieczność spania w dolnej części w 4 osoby. Brudne tapicerki krzeseł nieco popsuły wrażenie.

Emplacement dans le vieux Nice permet de se fondre dans le quartier et à 2 mn du tram qui permet de se déplacer rapidement au centre ville pour toutes les festivités

La localisation était top... accès à tt commerce et à la plage. l'appart est bien agencé et spacieux. Le lit et le canapé était confortables ainsi que les draps propres.
Il a manqué le passage de la femme de ménage, notamment dans la salle de bain et un peu dans la cuisine. il sentait également la cigarette uniquement dans la mezzanine. le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire pour nous dédommager.
