The location in Old Nice is excellent, being close to restaurants, cafes and the tramway. The check in staff were friendly and helpful.
Whilst it’s no fault of the property, it was often very noisy directly outside. Restaurants tend to dispose of the rubbish in the bins outside loudly between 23:00 - 02:00. There are loud bin collections from 04:00 - 07:00 and the local authority jet washes the street at about 04:30. I’m a heavy sleeper but was woken up multiple times each night, so keep this in mind.

Perfect location right in the centre of Old Town and walking distance to everything you need. Very spacious room with nice furnishings. Full kitchen and washing machine available. Smooth and thorough hand over of keys and check in process. I would definitely stay here again.

Muy buena ubicación. Tiene lo necesario para estar unos días. Personal muy amable, nos permitió dejar el equipaje en el alojamiento antes del check-in.
Como está en el Casco Antiguo, hay un poco de ruido por la noche si te alojas fin de semana.
Descubrimos que había heces de rata debajo del fregadero. Además, encontramos una trampa para roedores que ya había saltado, pero no tenía roedor...
