Ten out of ten for the location. Right next to the trams and buses - comfy bed, powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet building. Excellent communication with the friendly helpful staff.
We had a few issues with the bathroom but the owners are aware and are resolving these problems.

La localisation est très bien , dans le vieux Nice et à la fois au calme
Je n’ai pas aimé, à l’arrivée, être bloquée devant la porte. L’ouverture se faisant par un badge alors qu’une video montrait l’ouverture avec une clé. De plus un clic clac qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir car il a un cadenas

La situation géographique est parfaite. L’appartement est bien aménagé. Eau chaude à volonté pour se doucher.
L’appartement manque de lumière. La montée d’escaliers jusqu’au deuxième étage n’est pas confortable, mais ce sont des inconvénients liés à l’emplacement dans la vieille ville, que compense la situation géographique idéale.

Bardzo dobre położenie. Stare miasto, blisko komunikacja.
W apartamencie unosił się smród kanalizacji. Nie pomagała wentylacja ani tym bardziej klimatyzacja. Okna wychodzą na klatkę schodową... Materac przeszdł tym smrodem. Na zdjęciu, za zasłonami tak naprawdę jest szafa z wielkim bałaganem. To nie okno. Sofa jest stara i zniszczona a właściciel zapomina, że pod nią też się sprząta. Odpływ pod prysznicem zapchany. Na ścianie w łazience grzyb. Jest żelazko ale nie ma deski do prasowania. Na 1 noc jest znośnie ale ja spędziłam w tym apartamencie 5 nocy, bez światła dziennego i nieprzyjemnym zapachem.
