Location is perfect
The location is perfect—right in the middle of everything and close to the best nightlife and atmosphere. The apartment is nice, very clean, and has a washing machine. However, keep in mind that it is on the top floor. The stairs look like something out of a horror movie—they seem endless, and carrying luggage up them is quite difficult.
On the other hand, if your flight is canceled or delayed, be aware that the host may ask you to pay cash for a late key handover. I found this quite unfair because we had agreed months earlier on a €10 fee, but in the end, we were charged €50 in cash. The host did offer to help us carry our luggage both when we arrived and when we left, and he was friendly. However, when it came to discussing the extra charge, that was definitely not the case. So, make sure you keep the check-in hours in mind if you want to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Situated in one of the best places in Nice the room has a stunning panoramic view and is fully renovated with good taste and care .
Olivier was particularly welcoming and friendly and we appreciated the fresh lemons he brought to us as a welcoming gesture and the fact that he took the time to give us some tips and advice.
Just like all rooms in old and historic buildings across most of Europe, there is no elevator so bare in mind that you will need to save some energy to go up five flights of stairs when returning home because, never the less, the place still felt like home

Super location. In the busy heart of the old town but not noisy as the apartment is high. Lovely view of the Med from the window 😊

I loved staying here! It's right in the centre of the old town with its bustling bars and restaurants, and only 30 seconds walk to the beach, and yet it's totally quiet and peaceful as it's at the top of the building. Olivier met me there with the key and showed me how the apartment amenities work - he's very friendly and accommodating! After a day's exploring, it was the perfect place to come back to, make some dinner and relax watching some TV. I would definitely stay here again.
