Nestled on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building (no elevator), this 50 m² apartment welcomes you with its bright, contemporary charm. Fully renovated in 2019, it’s a cozy and functional space, perfect for 2 to 4 guests, with the added comfort of air conditioning.
The spacious 28 m² living room opens onto a sunny balcony facing Rue Bonaparte, where you can enjoy breakfast while soaking in the lively atmosphere of this picturesque street. For a restful night, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed (160×200 cm) in the living area and a double bed (140×200 cm) in the bedroom.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machines, and a small electric oven.
The bedroom (11 m²) features a north-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard, a double bed (140×200 cm), and a spacious wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom (5 m²) includes a large Italian-style shower and WC.
LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD
Situated in the heart of Nice’s UNESCO-listed area, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the port, the charming Old Town, and the iconic Promenade des Anglais. It’s also only 300 meters from Place du Pin and Place Garibaldi, two of the city’s most vibrant spots.
The Port district is a hub of convenience and culture. You’ll find shops, supermarkets, and local cafés right at your doorstep, and the area is packed with authentic restaurants where you can savor the flavors of Nice.

This place is very well located, not just for the port but proximity to shops, markets, beaches, train stations and various cafes and restaurants. I was able to walk to most of my destinations and find my way around easily. The apartment offered a lovely breeze. It was clean, safe and had everything I needed including the lovely balcony. Shower pressure was amazing! What made it exceptional was the host. He checked in with me before my arrival, greeted me at the apartment and helped with my luggage, went through all the apartment amenities and even checked in with me the next day. Communication was great and I’m so grateful for this experience.

Pierre’s apartment has all of the amenities you need and is perfectly situated close to the port. Walking to old town takes all of 15 minutes. Pierre is a communicative, friendly, and informative host. He helped us get settled in and checked in on us the next day. Thank you Pierre!

Property just as listed. Location was perfect, easy transport links and everything else walkable. Plenty of restaurants/supermarkets within 5 minute walk! Pierre made sure we had everything we needed as a home away from home!

Pierre was so helpful and kind, he checked in a few times over the week and was always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend to all.
