Cet appartement est idéalement situé , près de la gare de Riquier et à 2 pas des commerces , ds un quartier agréable et authentique . La propreté est irréprochable , l’équipement Top et la propriétaire très réactive, disponible, arrangeante et sympathique… les yeux fermés pour un prochain séjour à Nice ! Merci Cécilia 😊

Emplacement très près de la gare nice-riquier (1 minute à pieds), au moins deux très bons resto à pied. Balcon agréable.
4e étage dans le noir quand on sort de l’ascenseur, numéro de porte difficile à deviner à la première visite, lave linge extrêmement bruyant. Propreté douteuse du divan.

Appartement très fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire pour un weekend. L’emplacement est un vrai +, à 2 pas de la gare ter pour accéder aux villes et villages alentours et atteindre les plus belles plages de la région! Nous avons eu un léger souci d’eau chaude totalement indépendant de la volonté de Cecilia, qui a été très réactive pour nous trouver une solution :) Le prix reste un des plus accessibles de la ville.
Le lit et les coussins ne sont pas des + confortables mais cela reste un détail…
