The apartment is in a superb location, it is very central and there is a tram stop right next to it. It is a very modern apartment and was super clean. It also has a lot of natural light which is a nice touch. The host was really great and very friendly over message.
The only downside is the access to the apartment is quite difficult, it is a narrow winding staircase which you have to walk up 3 flights of to reach the apartment. Luckily we were young and fit so it wasn't too much of a struggle but anyone with any slight mobility issues would struggle. Also getting a suitcase up and down them is extremely difficult and feels dangerous. I think this should be featured in the listing as we had no idea of this before arriving.

Il riscaldamento della parte bassa era insufficiente. Ho dormito sul divano letto al freddo. Mentre nella zona soppalco la temperatura era buona.
