Charming Apartment in Nice

Really good location!

Quite simple kitchen equipment.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La struttura è molto ben posizionata, vicina praticamente a tutto. Il proprietario è preciso e rapido nelle risposte. La casa è carina, ben arredata e accogliente.

La casa non è perfetta: alcuni utensili da cucina sono poco pratici e ne mancano alcuni. In bagno non ci sono prese per l’asciugacapelli. Il divano letto è funzionale ma non particolarmente comodo.

Very well located renovated apartment. Walking distance to major attractions. Easy and fast communication with the owner. A clear guide to finding the apartment.

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and creaked terribly loudly. There was only one roll of toilet paper for three of us for five days. There was no hairdryer in the apartment and we asked for it in advance, they did not provide one. There is no connector in the bathroom, and there is no mirror in the living room, so even if there had been a hairdryer it could be used only without a mirror.

Η τοποθεσία είναι το καλύτερο κομμάτι σε αυτό το σπίτι! Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης, δίπλα υπάρχουν τα πάντα και σε απόσταση 6’ η παραλία! Καλύτερο σημείο δεν υπάρχει να μείνεις!!!

Δυστυχώς έχει πολλά που πρέπει να διορθώσει για να βελτιώσει την εμπειρία του ταξιδιώτη! Αρχικά, θέλει ένα πολύ καλό καθάρισμα το διαμέρισμα, γενικό καθάρισμα σε όλα! Αλλά και ειδικά, δυστυχώς δεν ήταν καθαρό.. το είπα βέβαια και κατευθείαν προθυμοποιήθηκε ο οικοδεσπότης να με εξυπηρετήσει. Επίσης χρειάζεται καλύτερο εξοπλισμό όπως πετσέτες, ένα σαπουνάκι για τα χέρια, μια πετσέτα στην κουζίνα… απλά και βασικά πράγματα για να κάνουν την διαμονή πιο ευχάριστη και εύκολη. Επίσης. Ο καναπές, δεν είναι καθόλου άνετος για ύπνο 2 ατόμων. Εάν βελτιωθούν αυτά νομίζω ότι το κατάλυμα θα πιάσει 10’!
