Perfekte Lage für die Stadterkundung, ÖPNV reichhaltig um die Ecke; sehr guter Einrichtungsstandard, auch was die Selbstversorgung angeht
Die Höhe der Kaution und die sehr formale Abwicklung. Hieraus spricht ein grundsätzliches Misstrauen gegenüber Gästen.

L'appartement est bien situé. L'endroit est calme. L'accueil est charmant et Welkeys est efficace. La literie est de bonne qualité. La télévision est à écran plat de grand format, la fibre est présente ainsi que le WI-FI. L'ascenseur est bien.
Petits bémols, c'est le manque de couverts et de vaisselle nous obligeant à faire tourner le lave vaiselle à moitié vide ! Ce n'est pas grave en soit mais cela coûte cher en electricité et en eau, pour rien. La capacité du chauffe-eau de 80 L beaucoup trop faible pour 4 personnes alors si vous venez à 6 personnes, ça ne le fera pas... Le souffleur air chaud du radiateur de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas.

Great location 10 min walk to train, 2 min walk to tram, then 1 or 2 stops to beach and main area. Large apartment with plenty of room
Floors to apartment filthy, pillows very old and need replacing, toilet seat cover would stay up, and toilet not secure to the floor. Mattress not comfortable
