The apartment was beautiful! The location was central, near the tram/train station. It was well equiped. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The owners were really sweet. We definitely recommend!!

The parking space is quite nice but it required driving a narrow path with sharp corners two stories underground. It is a good thing I had a small car.

The location was great, we reached the train station very easy and also had many supermarkets nearby. Also, the apartment is very pretty, we found everything we needed in there.

Beautiful and convenient apartment

The owner along with the person who met us to hand over and collect the keys were very attentive. They accommodated both an early check-in and late check out. They answered questions in a timely and kind manner. The building was modern and secure. The view from the terrace wa lovely and all the amenities we could have needed were available.

There wasn't much to dislike about the apartment. If I had to complain about something, it was that we ran out of toilet paper on the last day.

The apartment was great, Sonia was very kind and the owners - Christel and her husband- very quick in helping us with everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed more!

What a lovely stay!

I would highly recommend this apartment. The interior was better than we expected. Everything was nice inside, we loved the cosy design of this flat. It's very nice from the Owner side, we found the basic neccesary things as dishwasher tabs, dish soap, bread, jam. There's nice view from the pretty spacious terrase. The area is ok. It's quite far from the centre, but we easily found good tram and bus connections. Very good contact with the Owner.

Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work. There's a bit noisy outside because of the school located close to the apartment, but it wasn't a big problem for us. Nothing more.

Weekend en famille

Très bel appartement au calme, lumineux, bien équipé. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. Quartier de Libération animé avec le marché, le tramway très pratique pour visiter Nice. Merci pour l'accueil sympathique et la bonne communication de notre hôte. Je recommande vivement !!

Fajne mieszkanie

Mieszkanie jest zadbane i czyste, wyposażone w niezbędne sprzęty i akcesoria. Klimatyzacja jest dostępna w sypialniach oraz w salonie połączonym z kuchnią. Są również elektryczne rolety w oknach, które zapewniają ochronę przed słońcem w czasie upałów. Spory balkon z widokiem na wzgórze to również duży plus. Łóżka w sypialniach były bardzo wygodne, podobnie jak i rozkładana sofa w salonie. Łazienka jest dość duża, z niezbędnymi półkami i wieszakiem na drzwiach oraz pufą, na której można usiąść. Wanną z ruchomą przesłoną umożliwia bezproblemowy prysznic. WC jest w osobnym pomieszczeniu, z małą umywalką. Dostęp do mieszkania windą. WiFi działało bez zarzutu. W pobliżu jest kilka sklepów spożywczych, wiele kawiarni, barów i restauracji. Przystanek tramwajowy linii nr 1 jest w odległości około 200 metrów, a do głównego dworca kolejowego dojście zajmuje mniej niż 15 minut. W pobliżu są również przystanki autobusowe. Mieszkanie to dobry punky wypadowy do zwiedzania miasta i okolic Lazurowego Wybrzeża.

W WC bardzo wolno napełnia się pojemnik z wodą. Przy większej liczbie osób niezbędne są dłuższe przerwy pomiędzy kolejnymi osobami. W łazience do poprawy jest mocowanie wieszaka na drzwiach, bo wydaje się ruchomy.
