This is a scam! Be careful.

This is a scam ! No one answers the phone numbers provided. When we went to the address provided, it turned out that there was no such apartment there. I was with my two children and was left in an unpleasant situation during the cold night. I was forced to rent a hotel, although I had already paid for a place to stay here. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded... This is a scam! Be careful.

Nice spot but no communication

The location was great, but there was no one to meet us.

Contact number for host did not connect. Email sent to host with no reply. Waited 30 minutes at property after arrival time with no response. Eventually had to find alternative accommodation. No response from host or Booking.com Have never had a problem before, but very disappointed with this situation. Waiting on a refund.

Catastrophy

Nothing good to say about this place

I spoke with the lady a few hours before my flight, but she only spoke french so I didn’t understand a single word. She sent me a few pictures of where the Key is, but no instructions on how should I enter the apartment. I ended up on the streets with no clue on how to get in. Luckily somehow I managed to recognize the building entrance (On booking says number “2” but the acutal entrance is “2b”). But I still had no Idea how to come inside since the Key of the apartment was in the building inside of their Post Box. After an hour of waiting infront of the entrance I tried to call the Lady again but she didnt answer. In the end I saw some people inside of the building and I had to convince them that I booked this apartment so they open the building door for me. If it weren’t for those people I’d probaby sleep on the streets. In the end the people opened the door for me… but a very shitty experience all in all, the apartment is very dirty, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Wasching maschine on the balcony with 5kg of mold inside makes you ask yourself what is with these people… how can you leave that there to rot, the smell is outrageous. The sofa is broken and evrything feels like its gonna fall apart. The owner doesnt even care if you entered the apartment or not. For these people it should be forbidden to rent such a place!!! I‘ve read several reviews of people not getting in this apartment, really out of this world. I hope they get removed from all booking websites because this is just a scam!!!

Great stay, underrated

We only stayed one day, but almost everything was perfect. The apartment is nice, very spacious and in a good location. There was a free parking spot in a private lot.

Communication with the host was a bit difficult as they did not speak any English. We had to wait in the middle of the street with our car while we arrived because they didn't tell us how to access the parking. Information on how to check in should be more clear. To be fair to them, we did change arrival time a couple of times, and they were always understanding and responsive.

Deception and Fraud

The evening before check-in, the owner wrote that he was refusing accommodation because the apartment had already been rented out through another service. I asked them to cancel the reservation so that I could contact booking support for a refund or replacement of the apartment. But after that the owner stopped communicating and did not respond to a single message. I had to urgently look for and book new accommodation, since there were only a few hours left before my arrival. These are either scammers or extremely incompetent people.

The reservation was paid. Accommodation not provided. No refund made.

Emplacement correct, propreté , le reste …

Très compliqué de joindre le propriétaire , ne soyez pas stressé si vous n’avez pas de réponse….,malgré plusieurs prises de contact avec booking,vous aurez des nouvelles la veille de votre arrivée vous communiquant les coordonnées de Anna, la personne qui prend en charge votre arrivée Anna , agréable et très à l’écoute ce qui a fait redescendre notre agacement en vers cet établissement Manque de couverts , batterie de cuisine non adaptée à la plaque de cuisson ,cafetière cassée, robinet qui fuit . Tableau au mur cassé Ne pas venir avec une grosse voiture les places de parking de l immeuble sont petites et cela peut causer des tensions avec les voisins agacés de voir des vacanciers dans leur immeuble !!

Nizza nel cuore al cuore di Nizza .

La casa era oltre le nostre aspettative .Nel sito e scritto appartamento con una stanza da letto invece ci sono due stanze e un salone grande ,Ci sono anche due bei balconi La posizione e perfetta tre fermata di tram dal centro e due fermate per prendere il tram blu che porta al aeroporto , Check in molto facile . La ragazza che ha fatto il check in Anna e molto gentile e puntuale , Super raccomandatto

Mancanza di shampo e sapone mani ma datto che avevo letto prima le recensioni le abbiamo portate a presso e visto il prezzo molto conveniente e una cosa che conta poco , .

Jättebra boende med närhet till bra restauranger och spårvagn

Stort fint med två balkonger. Fanns det mesta utom en korkskruv men det köpte vi och lämnade kvar.👍

Du får vara medveten om att det är oväsen från trafik när du sitter på balkongen men man störs ej inne i lägenheten.

La casa è grande e può ospitare fino a 6 adulti comodamente, e per gli italiani c’è anche il bidet!!

Mobilio trascurato ed in gran parte rotto, si riparerebbe con poco ma non è stato fatto. comunque è quasi tutto utilizzabile. Peccato per gli accessori da colazione che ci sono ma non viene fornito ristoro e devi farti L spesa anche x una tisana

Sejour agréable en pleins coeur de Nice

L’emplacement est bien , tramway et bus à proximité . Bel espace et super pour voyager en couple . Assez bien équipé

Le logement est propre mais certains endroit on été nettoyé partiellement . Certains materiels cassé ( évier , poignet de douche , tiroir , interrupteur ) Prevoyez des torchons , papier toilette , produit d’hygiène , lessive )

Séjour en famille

La literie est bien confortable, l'appartement est bien situé dans le centre ville il est proche de tous, les transports en commun, la gare SNCF n'est pas très loin ainsi que la plage on pouvait y aller à pied mais les tramways passent devant. Et aussi le personnel était disponible et très gentil.

Quelques défauts au niveau des mobiliers à faire réparer et faire un peu plus d'effort pour le ménage.

L'emplacement proche de la gare et du tram

Pas de climatisation, pas de sèche-cheveux, très bruyant parce qu'il faut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes pour ne pas mourir de chaud, pas linge de vaisselle, pas une capsule pour un 1er café... lien compliqué entre Booking et le propriétaire, il restait de l'alimentation ouvert dans le frigo... Pas de savon, gel douche dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas... pour une nuit ça va mais pas plus longtemps.

Ok mais peu mieux faire

L’appartement est très bien situé. Nous n’avons pas pu accéder facilement au parking à notre arrivée, mais nous avons trouvé facilement une solution de repli. Peu d’accueil et d’explication en arrivant. L’appartement manque d’entretien. Le matériel est en mauvais état (sauf le canapé qui est tout neuf!) Pas de produits de confort type savon, serviette très rêche. Et surtout appartement TRES bruyant! (La famille voisine crie beaucoup et très fort)

Vraiment pas terrible

Grand appart 2 chambres

On a attendu 1 heure devant la porte que le propriétaire daigne nous donner le code pour rentrer après 5 messages dans l'après-midi .Tout est cassé, pas fonctionnel de la douche en passant par l'éclairage. Et pour finir des artisans mandatés par le propriétaire pour faire des travaux dans l'appartement sont rentrés a 9 h du matin avec la concierge au milieu de ma famille. Inadmissible. Faut pas louer pour faire ça...
