Family vacation

Spacious apartment for France and we had everything you need for self catering. Nespresso machine was the bonus. Its quite apt block with lift. Great host very helpful. In good location 15min walk from sea and 5min walk from tram st from airport and shops.

The window in front bedrooms are very low and families with small kids have to be very careful as they could fall out. My biggest issue was cockroaches I found dead and alive. We did address it with the agent and apparently it is common in Nice. I had to clean both to ensure everything was clean. We did get refund for the cleaning.

We did not stay at property

The property was not up to standard.. the keys were not in allocated place.. it was 30mins before owner arrived.. door was not easy to lock or unlock.. we did not stay at property & had to rebook another venue & had no refund

Just what we needed for a great stay in Nice

This apartment was in a great location, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. We weren’t spending much time inside, but it was a comfy and warm place to come back to after long days. Welcome pack was very helpful and so was our host. Good value for money, and the neighbours in the building were all friendly.

It was a little challenging getting signal to get the details for the keys, but the host communicated well and it was quickly resolved. Once inside, signal and WiFi were great!

Very close to the train station. The portable aircon was very well recieved. The unit was overall well equipped with smalls things like salt, cooking oil, dishwashing soap ect. And we where very thankful for the beach umbrellas.

Appartement correct mais trop de nuisances nocturnes .

Espace correct . 2 chambres avec bonne literie

Aucune insonorisation, très bruyant , nuisances nocturnes : bruits de la route , des poubelles et des voisins : perceuses y compris en soirée, conversations téléphoniques et bruits de la Tv . Les nuits ont été très difficiles.
