Overall, very close to beach but rooms were a bit gloomy

Very close to beach and aircon was good. Also had a big bathroom

There was a lack of cleaning equipment such as scrub and needed more washing up liquid. And the apartment was a bit gloomy but we were out for most of the day so didn’t matter too much.

This apartment was quiet, clean and a very good location!

The location of this apartment was two minutes from the beach. It was clean and quiet and was perfect for our family.

The wrong wifi network information was provided and the host took some time to get back to me.

Nice was an amazing city -- this rental unit was not.

Location was nice. Near the beach and the train station. Plenty of restaurants near by.

It was extremely hot inside the apartment. The AC did not work. Although they advertised the unit as having a working AC. The Neighbors did say that previous renters complained about the AC not working... so I think its been out for awhile. In all honesty, the host did offer to move us to another location, but I would have to pay the cleaning fee at both locations and the new location didn't have shutters or drapes, so in all likelihood, we would have been hot there also. Would not stay here again, or work with My Casa again.

Not a good experience.

Good location, but not good value and pretty dimm appartment.

Very disappointed in My Casa and hosts lack of action to fix/replace none-working refrigerator during our 6 day stay. We spent valuable time reporting this to them within the first 24 hours of our stay. First they claimed it was working, then they accepted it needed to be replaced. No replacement happended. Finally they promissed to compensate us, but there has been radio silence and no sign of any compensation. One thing is that things breaks down, an other thing is not to deliver on promisses.

the property was very roomy and the windows were so nice for natural lighting. the bathroom was very spacious and it was nice to having cooking amenities. the location was very central and it was quiet at night for sleeping

The apartment was in a great location with the best patisserie downstairs and supermarket across the street. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for 3 sisters. Very comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

Could not get tv to work while we were there, which would have been nice after long days of sightseeing.

we 3 mature ladies had a wonderful stay and we felt safe and secure

the location is very central to the promenade, the old town etc all within walking distance. Alsace Lorraine tram station up the road and a supermarket across the road

Near tram stop, supermarket and beach. Good air con very quiet in the apartment , with a nice view of a courtyard from the lounge.

Instructions could have been a bit more detailed for the appliances. Freezer needed defrosting.

Good location, apartment size ok, decent furniture, clean.

Check in is a joke - guests have to go to pick up the keys from an office located somewhere else. Not at all customer oriented. Keys didn’t work, so we had to so the trip twice!!! Half a day lost carrying our luggage all over Nice (after 2 very early flights) to get the keys instead of being welcomed by somebody at the apartment or picking the keys from a self service system at the door. Also, toilet room is so small that a taller person can’t close the door!!! Ridiculous.

- Great location - Helpful and friendly staff - Good size apartment with all required equipment

- Apartment needs some attention - the beds are quite basic and the air conditioning is leaking - For this price, higher quality would be expected - Slightly annoying to have to pick up keys and then travel back to the apartment - especially with luggage!

1. A/C are available in the living room but not in the each bedroom. 2. The host was very helpful and patient to recommend restaurants and tourist attractions and can be easily reached out. 3. Bathroom is really big.

1. No laundry liquid/balls are provided, if you need to use the wash machine keep in mind to prepare these by yourself. 2. Ironing table is available, while there is no iron in the apartment at all.

Völlig enttäuschend – nicht zu empfehlen

Bis auf die Strandnähe hat uns nichts gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war bei unserer Ankunft in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig – in mehreren Bereichen fanden sich offensichtliche und unhygienische Verschmutzungen, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt unmöglich machten. Darüber hinaus war die Einrichtung generell teilweise stark abgenutzt und marode. Beispiele wie Heizkörper und Bettkissen wiesen deutliche Flecken auf, was den insgesamt ungepflegten Eindruck noch verstärkte. Zudem funktionierte die Klimaanlage kaum was bei den aktuellen Temperaturen absolut unzumutbar war. Eine erholsame Zeit war unter diesen Bedingungen nicht denkbar. Aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Att det var nära affärer och stranden.

Kylskåpet var trasigt när vi kom till lägenheten och vi fick en väldig dålig bemötande från kundtjänsten. Jag rekommenderar inte lägenheten.
