It was fine. I don’t feel it was a $325 per night rental.

We liked the location and the space overall. The apartment had ac, parking, and a nice washer and dryer.

The mattresses were hard, sloped and overall just very low quality. The apartment was under furnished and looked nothing like the listing. The host provided bare minimum towels, no beach towels, no dishwasher tabs or dish soap and sponge.The ac vented onto the terrace making it only possible to sit if it was turned off.

A bit more "budget" than expected but location and reasonably good value makes it passabl!

The apartment is as pictured, plenty of space and good cooking facilities if you needed them.

The beds are incredibly poor quality - given the consistent reports of this, it would be an idea to replace the mattresses. The sofa bed was luxurious in comparison to the exposed springs of the bedrooms!. I can't imagine sleeping here for more than a few nights. The bathroom with shower is poorly designed and floods very easily, and it is challenging to achieve a pleasant temperature, the control is difficult. Limited hot water for 4 people, worth keeping in mind though this is clearly outlined in the house rules. The agency's policies around towels/sheets and check in and out are a bit excessive - €50 to check in one hour early, when check in is quite late at 4pm and the key is located a 25 minute walk away, and 10am check out with the requirement to fill the dishwasher or clean and dry all kitchen items (there is no tea towel, so dishwasher it is!) seems extreme! Equally, to request fresh towels and sheets was over €50. There is a washing machine and dryer, but no detergent provided, it's a good idea to buy some in a nearby supermarket if you plan to change towels during a stay and don't want to pay a fee. The saving grace of this apartment is it's location and the living space. It is very central, near the beach and all local attractions. A large family or small group of friends can sit comfortably in the living room and there are two toilets. For the cost per person, it is worth it. But some small improvements could easily turn this from a 6/10 to 9/10.

Very enjoyable stay!

The flat is very spacious, especially if you are 2 couples or a large family and 2 bathrooms, which makes it very convenient. The living room and & kitchen area is open space and very spacious and quite well equipped for a holiday break. There is also a little terrace outside, not very private, as it is facing the interior garden/parking area of the bigger establishment, but very good if you want to just enjoy a bit of time in the open air while around the flat. Also, the apartment facing the interior courtyard makes it very quiet, which for me is a big plus…all positive and we would definitely return!

Terrible experience will not recommend

We thought it was right on promenade. There was no terrace. Last day I realized that I need to pay deposit of 300 euro through my card . Unfortunately my card didn’t work till the end … was worried and told host that I will give deposit next day but she didn’t agree and she said she won’t handover the keys till she gets deposit. Since I was reaching only by 9 pm with family was really worried Luckily card worked and got the keys.

Looks better on photos than it is.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close to the beach. The size of the apartment is good, even for a family of 5.

I selected this apartment as it provides parking space for free. However, no one told me that the main gate of the house is broken. It took us some time to get in to the park space with the help of nice locals. Office advised us to find another park space if we cannot enter the gate. In Nice? Mission impossible. The other problem was the hot water. Every day hot water was available for two of the family members only. The owners are very aware of this issue as there were instructions how to switch the water heater on (electric) but it actually never worked. So every day 2 of us were able to have a shower. I reported my problem to the office first evening, since then, no response.

Nice location but not quite the same as the photos

The people at the agency were very nice. We had to pick up the keys from a different address but that was a fairly easy process. We also liked the location of the flat, with an easy access to the promenade, and only few minutes drive to Cimiez and old town centre.

The flat furniture and decoration didn't look like the photos so we were a bit disappointed when we arrived. Only one 2-seater couch, not enough room to seat the 4 of us. Limited soap supplies for 3 nights stay 4 people. No hand soap in time of covid it's even more strange. The beds were not so comfortable (we could feel the strings) and towels are not of good quality, very thin. We also had to unpack the dishwasher from the previous guests. The terrace is overlooking the parking. Based on the photos our expectations were different.

Appartamento in posizione comoda rispetto al centro ed al mare

Ci ero gia’ stato qualche anno prima e ci eravamo trovati bene. La posizione e’ vicina alla zona centrale di Nizza, vicinissimo al mare. Ci sono anche supermercati, discount, bar e servizi tutto molto vicini.

Avevo chiesto un’informazione via whastapp prima dell’arrivo e non avevo ricevuto risposta. Al mio arrivo mi e’ stato detto che il numero serviva solo per urgenze! Altra cosa, i materassi delle camere sarebbero da cambiare perche’ evidentemente molto usato e quindi scomodi (a molla apparentemente). Il prezzo e’ piu’ che raddoppiato e lo trovo eccessivo. Ma si sa che quando si va in vacanza, si chiudono tanti occhi!!!

breve vacanza a Nizza

la struttura è recente e quindi il giudizio, sotto questo punto di vista, è positivo. Posizione ottima, posto auto super, vicino al mare. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort.

imprevisti possono accadere: come si risolvono gli eventuali problemi possono decretare il successo della struttura. Nel caso specifico, check in rapido e chiaro, entriamo in possesso della casa e notiamo che la sedia in soggiorno è rotta. Chiamiamo l'agenzia i quali ci dicono che lo sapevano (primo appunto; perché non viene sostituita?). Secondo caso fortuito ma che comunque un buon servizio clienti risolve al volo; si rompe la serratura del bagno e la persona rimane bloccata al suo interno. Chiamiamo per un intervento urgente (erano le 07,30 del mattino)e confidiamo che, come pubblicizzato dalla società, essendo sempre attivi, risolveranno il problema. Non ricevendo risposta chiamiamo un fabbro che nonostante il giorno di festa interviene e risolve il problema. L'agenzia risponde alle 10,00 dicendo che non avendo personale non possono dare assistenza h24. Facciamo presente che abbiamo pagato ma ci viene negato il rimborso. Tramite Booking, ai quali va un ringraziamento e un complimento a 5 stelle, gestiscono loro la pratica con l'agenzia, e Booking (avete capito bene, Booking, non l'agenzia), ci accredita quanto pagato con le scuse del caso. Quindi un plauso a Booking per la professionalità (e che quindi nei miei numerosi viaggi che effettuo e effettuerò, mi vedranno sempre cliente) e un invito alla società che gestisce gli immobili, a gestire meglio questi aspetti che sono molto importanti (Quindi come vedete una critica, ma costruttiva, si spera)

Rolige omgivelser som føltes trygge, nærhet til byen og stranden. Alt i gå avstand. Deilig med mulighet til å sitte ute.

Super, sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war super. Sehr gross und sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür. Es war einfach toll.

Da gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Das einzige was fehlte, waren Aufhängehacken für die Handtücher im Badezimmer, aber sonst war alles top.

un rapport qualité/prix qui aurait du être meilleur

L'emplacement était très bien, proche de la mer et des commerces. L'appartement au rez de chaussée dans la cour intérieur était très calme. La possibilité de garer une voiture est un atout appréciable même si finalement nous n'avons pas loué de voiture. Les 2 salles d'eau et l'ensemble de l'appartement étaient très propres.

- 2 des 3 lits étaient fatigués dont le canapé-lit pour lequel nous avons finalement mis le matelas directement sur le sol (heureusement la pièce était grande) car le sommier était en forme de cuvette. - Le four était défaillant (il ne fonctionnait pas du tout) et malgré un sms à mycasa fourni dès le lendemain de notre arrivée rien n'a été fait ! de plus les poêles ressemblaient plus à des wok ... donc se confectionner un repas a été plus compliqué que prévu. Seuls le four à micro ondes et les casseroles étaient OK. - de même pour les petites cuillères 2 pour 5 personnes c'est vraiment trop juste et sur la durée de notre séjour, nous n'en avons pas eu en plus malgré le sms envoyé à mycasa. - le point de collecte de clés : un peu loin de là où se trouve l'appartement. Détail que je n'avais pas bien vu dans l'annonce.
