Location was good. Supermarket around the corner. 5 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to the center. 15 min walk to the central station. Great size rooms and kitchen. Beds are good.

There is a diswasher, washingmachine and dryer , but no tablets or liquids. The sleepingsofa is not comfortable to sleep on. Very small toilet. Only airo in livingroom.

Would definitely come back

The apartment is located some 5 minutes walk from Negresco hotel, the Blue Beach and the pedestrian area in Nice. It’s close to everything that makes a nice relaxing short holiday in Nice - easily reachable from the airport (T2 tram line), the train station (a longer walk or tram), the beach and the cafes. Rue de la Buffa is very nicely landscaped with a lovely green area going alongside the pavement. The venue is incredibly spacious for this kind of property and the area where it is located. It is a two bedroom and one living room, plus a dining and a kitchen equipped with all specific appliances, a bathroom with two sinks, a toilet room and two dressings. If booking this, you should know you’ll have to have on you toiletries, as they do not supply them. I bought them from the supermarket that is 2 minutes away. Also, being part of an older building, some may find the specific smell a bit disturbing, I, for one, didn’t mind :). Natalia, the concierge lady is very nice and welcoming.

I can’t really think of anything that I didn’t like.

Good location - about couple of streets behind Le Negresco

Location is what you pay for Elevators -useful Comfortable 2 room flat with a nice small balcony

Very limited supply of useful kitchenware (lots of useless stuff) The toilet is very very very small - difficult to shut the door once inside Nearby public parking is almost impossible to get - spent about 25 euros per day to park in private parkings about 150-200 meters away. This is paiinful - if you travel with family & lot of luggage

Clean. New. Near the beach. Enough space for a family.

I would love to let open the windows in the bedrooms, but it does not seem that safety (we are in the very first floor ) With easy accès from t back. The avenue in front of the appt is noisy.

Huoneiston sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneisto oli tilava ja hyvin varusteltu. Lisäksi vuodepaikkoja oli runsaasti.

Huoneiston lattia oli huonossa kunnossa, se mm. narisi ja antoi periksi jalkojen alla. Huoneiston nojatuoleissa oli likatahroja, samoin pyyhkeissä. Kaikista suurin pettymys oli kuitenkin rakennuksessa käynnissä oleva remontti. Jokaisena aamuna klo 8 poravasara toivotti kuuluvaääniset huomenet.

Posizione eccellente per girare tutta la città a piedi o con bus e tram, ma comunque in una zona tranquilla lontana da rumori o caos. La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, due camere molto grandi e un salone con due divani che possono essere usati come letti. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche qualche ora in più per il check out perché non aveva prenotazioni per il nostro giorno di partenza. Consigliatissimo! 😊

Riktigt bra lägenhet med alla faciliteter.

Väldigt fin lägenhet. Mycket centralt och nära till både restauranger och stranden. Det fanns alla faciliteter och wifi var stabilt och snabbt

Aircondition täckte inte hela lägenheten så sovrummen blev snabbt varma då det var ca 30 grader utomhus. Det finns portabla aircondition apparater so gjorde att det blev hanterbart.

Большая площадь, рядом с пляжем и магазинами. Хороший зеленый вид с балкона.

Кондиционер был только в гостиной. В комнатах потолочный вентилятор не справлялся с жарой и духотой. В комнате ближе к туалету вентилятор вообще не работал. Приходилось спать с открытыми дверьми, но холодный воздух от кондиционера не доходил.

Très bon séjour !

L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux et très bien situé ! Mise à disposition de capsules de café, thé etc.. ce qui est très appréciable. Flexibilité sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ, merci pour cela.

Les oreillers un peu plat mais cela est assez personnel, et les volets qui ne permettent pas de dormir complètement dans le noir.
