Overall, Nice is a great place to stay and the apartment was in a great location.
The location was excellent and the apartment felt safe and very quiet. However, you could just step outside and be in the heart of the city with restuarants, shops, beach and railway station at your fingertips. Also there was great communication with Casa hosts if we had any questions throughout our stay. There was imaginative use of space in this apartment and was fine for 3 people.
There were a few things that needed attention in the apartment that obviously other people had damaged. Its a shame other guests have not been careful but there was a damage deposit taken so that should have allowed for repairs. The drains were a bit smelly too.

Underwhelming as the apartment could do with some TLC to make it look like the pictures again.
The location was great, really central to all of Nice, beaches, eateries, train station, etc. Communication with the host was mainly good.
I didn't like the fact that a security/damage deposit needed to be paid outside of Booking.com, and we could not get access to the instructions for checking in and getting the keys without paying it. This concerned me as it is something that Booking.com advise users to be wary of. I did make contact with the hosts by Whatsapp to verify this but it seems odd. I've never had to do anything like that with Booking.com before.
The room decor is looking very tired in places now, nothing like the photographs when we booked and after the security/damage payment uncertainty, I made sure I took pictures and videos when we arrived of everything that was broken, marked or chipped just to make sure. For example, the blind in the main bedroom was unusable because there were so many of the slats bent out of shape, luckily the blind was down and it didn't need to be moved.
The toilet in the main bedroom wasn't as clean as it could have been and our instructions for checking out meant we had to clean and put away anything we had used and then take the rubbish to the bin outside. What did I pay £130 for cleaning for? We also paid an £87 linen fee but the booking states linens are provided so what does that cover?
During our stay, there was a note left on the apartment block door to advise that there would be some work done to remove and replace the concrete walkway from the apartment block to the street. Whilst the work was being done, the workmen hit a water pipe which meant we had no water for 24 hours. I advised the hosts of this but they seemed to think it was a city wide problem when it wasn't, I could see the pipe that was hit with the drill! I appreciate that this is outside of their control but no attempt was made to determine if we needed anything but there were 4 of us and it meant that we could not use the facilities we had paid for. It was just lucky that we were doing stuff outside as the noise was unbearable from 7.

The apartment is nice and comfortable, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Also there is two bahtrooms. It is located in a fantastic place in the most interesting part of the city. My recommendation regarding the apartment, we are satisfied.
Communication with the staff was difficult! Since we didn't get to check in on time due to the flight, we were told an hour later after we landed that we need to pay a 300e security deposit so that they would send us a pdf with instructions on where to find the key and how to enter the apartment. Since we didn't have mobile internet, we had to look everywhere for wifi.

The management agency (My Casa) failed to reply to a message about the Wi-Fi not working. This wasn’t an issue with the property - which is great. This was our only contact with the agency, so it’s difficult to say if they’re any good or not,

The location.
The apartment looks better in pictures. It's small, furnitures are outdated. Construction work going on outside the building. They don't have a parking. The parking is public, a block away. 25euros per day.

A home from home in a stylish location.
An easy tram ride from the airport brings you to the My Casa office. We arrived early for check in at lunchtime, and our wonderful host Marina spotted us in the street and came back to open up the office especially for us. The handover was efficient and very friendly, and natural hospitality such as this gets the holiday off to a great start. The apartment is a few minutes from the Promenade, within easy walking distance of the Old Town (a revelation to us) and about a 20 minute walk to the railway station for trains to Cannes or Monte Carlo. There is a wealth of restaurants, bars and food shops on the doorstep.
An 11.00am checkout would have been more civilised, but we understand that the apartment needs servicing between bookings.

Top locatie midden in het centrum van Nice! Waren met zijn drieën en iedereen had zijn eigen bed en nog tegen een zeer schappelijke prijs.
De badkamers hadden af en toe een klein beetje een riool lucht.

Prima appartement voor een groep die elkaar goed kent, fantastisch gelegen in Nice.
Prima informatie tevoren online gekregen, met route beschrijving en foto's, inclusief instructies voor gebruik appartement. Kantoortje om sleutel op te halen op 8 min lopen van appartement.
Appartement is redelijk ruim (lijkt wel iets groter op de foto's), uitstekende airco en prima keuken.
Prima lokatie in een levendig gedeelte van Nice op een kwartier lopen van Vieux Nice. Desondanks is het stil in het appartement. Prima supermarktje op 80 meter afstand.
Wees bedacht om minder privacy. Van de drie kamers is er eentje als mezzanine, de andere heeft een groot raam met zicht op de woonkamer, waarvan tijdens ons verblijf de luxaflex ook nog stuk was (helaas was hiervoor er geen (tijdelijke) oplossing gemaakt door de beheerder).
Eén sleutel voor een groep van 6 personen is wel weinig.

Erken odaya girmemiz için kolaylık sağlandı. Bu işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı ve zaman kazanmamızı sağladı.
Yatak konulan bölümlerde dolapların olması önemli bir detaydı.
Üç oda olarak sunulan apart tek bir oda ve 6-7 basamakla çıkılan yere konulan ve yatağa çıkmak için 75 cm yüksekliğe tırmanmak gereken çift kişilik iki yer yatağından ibaretti. Tavan çok alçaktı ve yatakta yuvarlanarak hareket edebildik.
Ayrıca bu apart üç oda ve iki banyolu bir apart olarak kesinlikle kabul edilemez. Tek oda olarak kabul edilecek yerde kapısı olmayan bir tuvalet ve banyo vardı.
6 arkadaş için uygun olmadığına sadece bir çift ve iki çocuk (8 yaş ve üstü) için uygun olduğuna karar verdik
Bununla birlikte apartta altı kişi beş gün konaklama için yeterli şampuan duş jeli tuvalet kapıdı ve sabun yoktu. Çöp torbası bile konulmamıştı. Bulaşık makinası için bile yeterli deterjan yoktu.
İlk gün inanılmaz bir lahım kokusu ile yattık parfüm sıkarak uyuduk ve sonra gaz kokusu vardı. Bunları yazmamıza rağmen tam bir cevap alamadık ve değişen hiç bir şey olmadı. Zaman zaman bu koku tüm odaya yayıldı.
Yatakların yer yatağı olması nedeniyle dizlerinden rahatsız olan bir arkadaşımız o yüksekliğe tırmanamadı ve koltukta yatmak zorunda kaldı ancak yorgan istediğimizde yataklar çift kişilik hazırlandığı için veremeyeceklerini yazdılar.
