Location

Noise - largely from neighbouring rooms. Very noisy with no sound proofing. Woken several times

Centrally located and suitable for families.

Excellent location - very central for the city and within a short walk of the train station as well as the tram for the airport at the end of the stay. Lots of nice shops and eateries nearby. Air conditioning worked well - was very welcome in the summer temperatures. Owner was very helpful - provided left luggage addresses link for nearby places and plenty of information in English and French.

Amazing!

The location is literally PERFECT!! Its so close to everything, the beach, the center, everything. It was fully equipped with all you might need. The owner was so nice and he was available at every moment that we needed him.

The only think that we didnt like was thag the walls are really thin so if you have loud neighbors you will hear them

Location, all equipment available, air conditioning, good information about the keys and stores.

Too tiny, no sound isolation - we could hear neighbours walking etc. Insufficient light. Washing machine has only min 3h cycle!

Great location, and clean apartment.

Location was perfect for us... walking distance from train station, and still only a short walk to beach and the old city. It is just off a main area with lots of restaurant options. Air con worked well which we needed as it was very hot! Great to have a washing machine.

The description of the room on booking.com implied there was also a sofa bed (or two) in the bedroom as well as the living area... but there were only two sofa beds in the living room. This suited us fine, but did cause a little confusion.

Great location and comfortable apartment.

Fantastic location. All conveniences including kitchen, washing machine etc.

The doors need to be unlocked with keys, when you enter and then relocated when you are inside. We found the hallway door left unlocked by other people numerous times.

Location is really good. The appartment is clean and well equiped

The walls are thin and you cand hear your neighbours if they talk loudly. I had the misfortune of having as neighbors some italian girls that talked very loud late in the night.

Nice apartment, with 3 double beds, not 5 beds.

The appartment in itself was fine. It was clean, the location was good. There was a kitchen and a table to sit together. Modern bathroom.

What was not so great was that the booking.com listing said specifially, in 2 places in the listing: 5 beds. Bedroom: one double, and 2 sleeping sofa's, living room: 2 sleeping sofa's. Then it turns out that it is: 1 double bed and 2 sleeping sofa's. We came with a group of 5 not partners. So I wanted 5 separate beds. I don't want to force people who are not partners to stay in one bed. So I had to book extra accommodation for 360 euro's. Just be honest in your listing!! The appartement was fine but there are 3 double beds. Not 5 separate beds. Owner did not have a decent answer to this problem.

Disappointed

Great location! Totally agree with many reviewers that this is a wonderful and convenient location in the old town of Nice.

We are experienced world travelers, and we are NOT fussy people. But, we feel compelled to leave some comments. Inside the apartment, there's not much to rave about. We have very limited supplies: only 2 small rolls of toilet paper and 2 bath towels for 2 people for 3 nights. A few things to be desired, such as a cutting board and some basic cutting knives in the kitchen and more hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. The narrow metal staircase to the mezzanine is a high risk - you need to be extra careful to avoid being bumped into the metal corners of the spiral staircase. The bathroom cabinet above the sink is unusually deep. It protrudes out almost 2/3 of the sink basin in terms of depth, and it is set very low just a few inches above the faucet. You bump into the vanity mirror while you bend down to brush your teeth. The design layout is very inconsiderate.

Best stay in Nice!

The apartments were small and cozy, perfect for a short or long stay. Inside, there's a bathroom, hairdryer and iron, a quite spacious kitchen and many beds. Since the position was in the city centre, we were able to visit Nice by foot. 20 minutes by tram from the airport and about 10 minutes from the bus station (Vauban). Honestly, I wasn't expecting this grade of comfort, I will totally book these apartments again when in Nice. The instructions for the keys were clear and the procedure was easy. The staff has been always available and kind, I have communicated with them always by message; however they were very polite and helpful, managing in a professional way my questions and requests.

Location is wonderful, close enough to the old town but not as crowded. It's literally 2 minutes away both from the beach and the old town

one of the apartament we rented was too small to fit 4 people, and the other had a bad pipe smell in the bathroom and there was to windows to open there. there was also a little dusty on the fridge, in the corners etc

Don’t recommend for family with children

The location is perfect! There was everything except food in the room for a comfortable life. I was very happy that he had an iron. Everything was clean. The explanations were accurate and regular and there was no ambiguity for me. The internet was great. The building was quiet and peaceful.

Because of the stairs and the fact that the washroom was on the upper floor, I don't think it is a good option for children, the stairs are dangerous and in a bad place, they are sharp and metal and hurtful. I think it was our bad luck that a dog peed in the elevator on the first day and until the last day that disgusting smell bothered us. And also these days they were repairing the asphalt of the street and the sound of cars bothered us every morning from 7.
