Worst choice i’ve ever had

Good location, stores nearby.

There were several problems with the apartment: no heating in one of the bedrooms, the connection between the cables in the wall and the electric heating unit was dangerous, it was sparking, the washing machine was leaking (despite we asked the host whether it is working in advance), the bathroom window was broken (it was not possible to close it in -3 degrees outside), we found several cockroaches everywhere in the apartment, the living room was fully with smoking smell and it didnt disappear by opening the window, several furnitures are rotting and the plug ins are coming outside from the wall. We needed to threat the host in order to receive a new apartment for 2 people of 5 for one night due to the heating and sparking electricity problems. After he provided us new heating units, he started to ignore our messages and requests (he answered to our texts sometimes but he did not provide real solution for the window, washing machine and cockroach problem). We did not have a choice other than staying there because we were told by the host that he is working on the problem and trying to find a solution. Well, basically, he was postponing the real answer. We did not receive any reimbursement for all the inconveniences from the host, only 12% of the original amount initiated by Booking.com (and the host lied about it too, the Booking confirmed several times that the reimbursement was initiated by them and only deducted from the host). We not recommend this apartment, the host was rude and not helpful for solving several issues. This apartment is not worth to have 7 stars. Before booking, read carefully all of the reviews.

Ignore previous reviews - it is a sold, clean stay on a budget

9/10 Close to the city centre Clean, has fridge, oven and microwave, cutlery etc No problems with hot water even for 5 people Literally opposite entrance to Lidl 2 beds and a couch that can be a double bed. Ignore previous reviews. They got me worried but none of the bad things were true! NO bed bugs in the coach, NO construction noise, NO noisy neighbours etc.

Keys collection from a shop under new name World Little Shop until 22:00. Thankfully our friends arrived earlier. It is off licence and they were open late the other day but not sure. No AC, just 3 fans but not an issue during October.

Very difficult to get keys. Poor communication. Lucky the cleaning lady was there but her English was limited. Stairs stairs and more stairs with bags - never again

Great location but the stay had poor amenities

I’m giving this place 4 stars mainly for two reasons: the excellent location and the responsiveness of the owner. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, which was very convenient and a big plus for our stay. Also, when we raised concerns about the lack of air conditioning in extremely hot weather and mentioned that one of the fans was broken, the owner responded quickly and delivered a new fan the very next day. We really appreciated that. Additionally, the apartment was very clean, which made a good first impression. While there were definitely some issues during our stay (as mentioned in my detailed review below), these positive aspects did make a difference.

My honest suggestion: spend a little more and stay at a proper hotel rather than booking this apartment. Our problems started right from the beginning. While we did find the apartment building, the instructions for picking up the keys were very confusing. The name of the shop provided was not the shop we found in person, and on Google Maps, it showed as permanently closed. We had just arrived after a long overnight flight, jet-lagged, carrying our luggage in the extreme heat stabbing weather, and although our request for early check-in was denied (which is understandably fine), the real issue was the amount of time and effort it took to find the shop. We ended up walking around in the scorching heat, exhausted and frustrated, just trying to locate the key pickup point. They should have given updated and accurate information, but they didn’t. As for the apartment itself, it was a huge letdown. It was extremely hot inside, with no air conditioning. Only two fans were provided (the third one was broken), which was far from enough in that weather. The bed was uncomfortable, and the setup of the apartment was odd. The half bathroom had only a toilet and no sink, which meant we had to either use the kitchen sink or go to the full bathroom to wash our hands. To top it all off, the washing machine was a disaster. Every time we used it, it flooded the kitchen. We ended up having to mop the floor, which is not exactly what you want to be doing on a beach vacation.

A perfect place to stay near the beach in Nice

The location, 5 minutes slow walk from the beach/promenade. LIDL just right in front of the building ( and another supermarket just around 200 meters to the left). Many restaurants, cafes, bakery, clubs nearby. But, it was quiet neighbourhood, that allowing you to sleep well at night. The flat is clean and well equipped: quite complete kitchen utensils and basic materials (salt, pepper, coffee), in the bathroom soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, etc. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The towels were clean, soft and thick. It is also quite spacious. The check in and out was easy. The owner was so kind, informative and helpful. When we had technical problem, he solved it right away.

The building is an older one, you may be doubtful when you enter it. The floors and the doors/flats are unmarked/unnumbered. So, you wereńt sure that you try to open the right door (although there was quite clear instruction from the owner). The door was heavy and to unlock it, at the beginning can be challenging. But once you manage to open it, you know the trick and it is quite easy. And the explanation in the e-document, which was sent was really clear.

Nice stay in Nice

Nice apartment in near proximity to our sightseeing in Nice. The kitchen had all we needed. Our children loved the bathtub. Host quick to answer questions and very helpful.

Sofa-bed a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. No views from the apartment.

Good size and layout but needs a bit more TLC.

The apartment was large and fairly well set up and it was good to have the toilette in a separate room from the shower.

We got in late due to the train and were concerned about picking up a key on time - if we were delayed any more than we were we would have been homeless for the night. The people at the place we picked the key up from looked like they were closing even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. The wifi didn't work due to a crushed wire by a piece of furniture and we ended up buying a new cable and fixing it ourselves. The bathtub did not drain and we had to pour hot water and dish soap down it a number of times to clear it. Oh, and the singer downstairs needs a lot more lessons - he was so off-key lol.

Bel appartement

Appartement confortable, calme . Nous étions en groupe et le fait que le salon soit indépendant, c’était appréciable. La personne qui dormait sur le canapé avait son coin fermé, tranquille. Salle de bain / wc séparés. À proximité de la promenade des anglais, idéalement situé.

« Avis d’expulsion » sur les portes des appartements voisins, quand on traverse les couloirs, on se demande où on va arriver, c’est surprenant. Mais très safe. 3eme étage sans ascenseur ( on le savait ! ) après un marathon, les jambes brûlent un peu !

Niestety pobyt w tym apartamencie okazał się bardzo nieprzyjemny. W pokoju znajdowały się pluskwy, które nas pogryzły podczas nocy. Było to niezwykle niekomfortowe i stresujące doświadczenie. Zgłosiliśmy problem właścicielowi, jednak sytuacja była poważna i całkowicie zepsuła nasz pobyt. Takie rzeczy absolutnie nie powinny mieć miejsca w obiekcie wynajmowanym turystom. Z przykrością muszę stwierdzić, że nie polecam tego apartamentu.

Przyjemny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji.Na przeciwko Lidl,niedaleko do plaży - do centrum 20 min spacerkiem. Wygodne łóżka,duża łazienka grzejniki dla ciepłolubnych.

Ogólne, mieszkanie czyste, zadbane , blisko Promenady Anglików.

Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze urządzone. Dwie sypialnie oraz salon z telewizorem.

W ofercie trzeba zaznaczyć, że mieszkanie jest na trzecim piętrze BEZ WINDY. Dla nas, osób 75+ było to bardzo duże utrudnienie, szczególnie przy wnoszeniu i znoszeniu bagaży. W kuchni brakowało mniejszych garnków, były tylko dwa duże, większe niż 3 litry. Obie patelnie uszkodzone, jedna z urwaną rączką, u drugiej rączka odpadała. Wszystkie noże były tępe.

Fajne miejsce na City Break w Nicei

Mieszkanie niedaleko promenady i plaży, kilka minut spacerem. Do ścisłego centrum miasta też dosyć blisko. Spacerem po promenadzie można było dojść do centrum w 15 minut. Bezpośrednio przy mieszkaniu sklep spożywczy i niewielkie lokale z szybkim jedzeniem. Mieszkanie odnowione, ale jeszcze potrzebuje trochę wykończenia. Kuchnia i łazienka w pełni wyposażona. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra na krótki wypad do Nicei.

Skomplikowane dojście do mieszkania, są dwie klatki schodowe. Poza tym nie ma większych zastrzeżeń.

Ottima posizione..ma...

L'appartamento si presenta in buono stato con due camere da letto e un soggiorno con divano letto, la posizione è ottima a 500 metri dal mare, diverse opzioni per mangiare nei dintorni e la Lidl di fronte all' appartamento che può essere sempre utile. Nonostante manchi l'aria condizionata ogni stanza è dotata di ventilatore per fortuna ci sono state giornate abbastanza ventilate.

Non fatevi ingannare dal contesto condominiale un pochino degradato perché l'appartamento è totalmente migliore. Sicuramente il fatto di trovarsi al terzo piano senza poter usufruire dell'ascensore con due bambine e diverse cose da trasportare per andare in spiaggia non non ha reso il soggiorno semplice ma ci siamo arrangiati. Se vi spostate con mezzi vostri mettete in conto che la situazione dei parcheggi intorno all appartamento è molto complicata e spesso a pagamento (ore limitate), noi abbiamo ricorso a un parcheggio (24/24) a pagamento e anche lì la situazione era al limite.

Comme indiqué, très proche de la promenade des Anglais. Détail pratique : 20 mn à pied de la gare avenue Thiers. Très bien pour un court séjour à Nice et une découverte de Nice à pied (si vous aimez marcher grimpez sur les hauteurs de Nice) et des alentours proches si pas de voiture. Literie confortable.

Un peu triste la cage d'escalier.

A éviter

Dans l'une des 2 chambres les lattes du lit étaient défaites de leurs emplacements, lorsque notre ami c'est coucher il y avait un trou. Il a du remettre en place pour pouvoir dormir. Dans l'autre chambre les rideaux étaient très sales, des traces noir, les volets qui ne se ferme pas, la couette de couleur jaunâtre avec des taches dans noms 🤮. Une honte !!!!! De la moisissure sur le meuble de la salle de bain et a l'entrée de l'appartement. Les photos du site ne correspondent pas à la réalité sur place. J'ai pris des Photos de ce que j'ai vue pour prouver mes dires. Je vais éviter de les oublier mais je les transmets avec plaisir sur demande. Et ne parlons pas des voisins qui se dispute en hurlant dans les escaliers. 🤦‍♀️ Bref a part l'emplacement c'est tout de ce qu'il y a de positif. Attention l'immeuble est en travaux avec énormément de poussières.
