Highly recommended!
The host welcomed us personally, gave us the keys, and gave us a brief tour of the apartment. He was extremely friendly, spoke English well, and even knew some German. He responded quickly to every request and communication was very easy. The apartment was great. It was in a super location where you felt like you were among locals. There was none of that touristy feeling. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back and recommend the apartment!

Spacious and clean. Nice mix of places to eat within walking distance.
Not a lot. Personal preference would be to find a location closer to the tram line.

Super spacious, comfortable apartment to be with friends and family in the stay in Nice.
The apartment is very approachable by public transportation, and there is a public bike station in front of the building. I like how spacious the rooms were, so lovely to have plenty of space to be and the large windows keep the environment bright to enjoy the sunlight.
Some points to improve are sharing more information about how to sort the trash in the building and where the trash containers are available, the cutleries need a proper clean, and also the kitchen drawers. If possible, leave better dishwasher pods available to efficiently clean the cutleries and dishes while spending energy with the dishwasher.

Lovely comfortable stay in Nice
Host was very quick to respond to queries and met us quite late as our train from Paris arrived in the evening. Flat was on first floor with lift. Very clean and comfortable. Close to train line but double glazing meant you could not hear the trains. Host left coffee, drinks, soap etc which were nice touches.
