The best part was that the property had absolutely everything we needed, including a refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, and Wi-Fi.Also, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. Since there happened to be no guests checking in the next day, they even let us keep our luggage inside the room until evening after checking out. I was deeply moved by their wonderful hospitality.
While it is a bit far from the center of Nice, you can easily and comfortably get around by bus.

Great kitchen and facilities
Very noisy. Many people gathering outside in the grounds talking and laughing leaving at midnight and coming back again after 3am in the morning making a lot of noise.
Beds are hard and linen is rough.
Stairwell and entry area very dark . Lights were random..
Construction across the road.very noisy too
