Clean flat but least enjoyable rental experience in several weeks of travel.

Location is nice. Flat was clean but much darker/less attractive than photos. Rental staff was polite.

Unexpected fees: once booked you learn you must pay an additional 50 euros or a deposit of 500 euros, which they can keep for up to 14 days. To p/u keys you walk 20-25 min. each way to the host's rental office. (Not enjoyable with bags.) Check-in was late (4p) and check-out early (10a) with no possibility of bag storage on either day.

Amazing stay for quick rest and recharge

It's a beautiful apartment. Loads of space and all working appliances. Shops and supermarkets at your doorstep. Minutes away from beach and old town with loads of places to eat and shop. Great location! Someone from the Agency was always available if required. Highly recommended. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Collecting key from agency wasn't an issue but would be great to just have it on a secure key lockbox within or next to the apartment. It was 15mins walk from agency to the apartment. Luckily had a carry-on bag only. Any bigger luggage or more bags would have struggled. Lift in the build is tiny but again not an issue, the apartment was on first floor. Otherwise everything else was really great. Including communications with agency.

WI-FI and TV doesn’t work, rundown property over used apartment and no fixing inbetween stays

It was a good location

NO WI-FI and they did NOTHING about it the TV box’s we’re missing and a guy was sent over our first night and he told us the tv box’s are missing/ stolen also the TV was all in Russian. And took an hour to put back to English or French also the staff did nothing to help the situation they did offer us 1 night refund which I don’t think was enough as we had no Wi-Fi or tv at all also the location was loud also a lot broken in the apartment it was giving very used and no brakes in-between t fox any issues we were also give a bath mat as a tea towel …. When I asked about this I was told that’s normal….. no it’s not also I have left my UNO card game there and I’m upset as now the property have it so I would also like £5.99 in compensation as I love that card game.

The pictures of the apartment were beautiful on an internet page

Very bad service. We asked if there was air conditioning in the apartment and were told that there was. On the spot it turned out to be a normal fan. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. Bed linen stained, towels old, 3 rolls of toilet paper for the head of the family and we were a family of 5. There were two coffee capsules. In addition, it turned out that there was no normal ventilation in the apartment and as it was a sweltering 34 degrees, we wanted a solution. The service was such that we were laughed at and told if you have a hard time going to the store to buy things, come to our office and we will give you toilet paper. There was no way we could live in this apartment. The pictures on the web however are beautiful.

Good location, but not quite the best experience with the apartment during our holiday.

The apartment is in a good location with good transport links. It’s not too far from the beach either, and there are restaurants and cafe’s nearby. The apartment inside is very clean and looks nice, exactly like the pictures.

The apartment keys are collected at the apartment office, which is a smooth process, but it’s 20 minutes (by walk) from the apartment which isn’t quite ideal especially after travelling. There is a bit of a smell once you enter the apartment block, and the lift is very small. We were really surprised that the apartment has NO air con! They had a few tower fans, but that didn’t suffice as we were a group of 6, and the apartment was very warm which was quite uncomfortable. We woke up to very loud drilling and hammering very early on our first morning, and then found out that there would be no water all day! We were not made aware of this beforehand. Understandably, this was a huge inconvenience and disrupted our plans. We waited for the office to open and then called, and were told that there are no other apartments available. We asked for a reimbursement just for the day as we weren’t provided with a basic facility, and we were told that they can’t do anything. We were told that if we want to leave we can, but we have to leave “right now”. This was quite rude and no solution was offered to us.

Beautiful & spacious aparmtent in great location

The apartment was lovely and beautiful as seen in the pictures. It was very spacious and comfy. We even had 3 cooling devices which helped a lot. There is everything you need in the kitchen, a big fridge and a big table to sit together. Also a big plus: The windows are doing a great job regarding the outdoor noise for a peaceful sleep (when closed of course) Excellent loation! Very close to the beach, tram line #2 and city center in walking distance. You have to pick up the keys in a different location (approx. 1km from the apartment) but you can either walk or take the tram. CheckIn was very quick and uncomplicated.

Complementary coffee tabs (at least for the arrival) would have been nice :)

A beautiful apartment itself, but too far from the place where you need to collect the keys.

The location is good, about 20 minutes to the old town along the promenade. The apartment itself is very beautiful and tasteful. 2 separate rooms with 2 beds, in the common room there is a sofa bed and a bed upstairs. There were 5 of us girls - it was comfortable.

We arrived in Nice around 22:00 and we had to go to pick up the keys in a completely different place (from the box), near the old town, which is 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment itself. This moment certainly strained a little. The second point, when booking you will be asked for a deposit (in my case it was $ 300), they will not be debited, but it is mandatory to go through additional steps. And thirdly, I was a little annoyed by the frequent emphasis on the fact that check-out no later than 10, you need to wash all the dishes (there is a washing machine) and take out the trash.

Ok but not great especially with the bad start re accessing the apartment.

Plenty of towels, pillows and toilet paper. Second shower and sink a plus. Close to LIDL supermarket and short walk to Promenade and restaurants. 15 minute walk to train station. Great coffee across the road.

The key pickup was a complete farce. We knew we had to go and pick up from another location and were told there would be someone there between 5pm and 8pm. Even on the day of our arrival "Salvatore" said by message see you at the key pickup location. Instructions had been emailed for outside these hours but we arrived at their "office" inside these hours and there was no one there. I phoned the contact number repeatedly and on the fifth call a woman answered and basically told me off and said we were told to use the key safe even though they had our arrival time and we were told someone would give us the keys at the office. It was then a 15 minute walk with luggage to the accommodation. Other locations we stayed in Europe, we were met at the apartments and keys exchanged - surely this can't be too hard to organise. The apartment was Ok but the photos made it look much lighter, cleaner and cheerier. Washing machine leaked, the head room on the loft bed was very low and the plastic tablecloth smelt. Noisy restaurant/bar directly below.

Для того чтобы получить ключи- нас заставили заплатить страховку, о которой не предупреждали ранее. 50- евро не возвратная страховка, 500 евро- депозит. Но когда мы забыли AirPods администрация сказала что ничего не нашли хотя локализацию показало именно в апартаментах. Не рекомендуем данные апартаменты, потому что могут быть неприятные сюрпризы

Hadde ikke nølt med å bo der igjen

Du hadde alt du trengte i nærheten. Dagligvarer, bakeri, apotek, restauranter osv. Samt at det var kort vei til stranda og et stille område.

Interner fungerte ikke, men vi tok heller ikke kontakt for å løse problemet. Ideelt sett hadde det vært greit med med større sofa i stua.

Apartmanın eski olmasından dolayı sanırım bazı yerlerinde binanın koku var. Ama çok hassas değilseniz rahatsız olmazsınız
