On revient régulièrement dans cet appart, on adore son côté rustique et son positionnement à deux pas de la gare et du tramway en plein Nice. Et surtout le box de parking qui vient avec qui inestimable quand on vient en voiture et qu’on a envie d’explorer l’arrière pays fabuleux… Merci à Elisa pour l’accueil chaleureux.
Tout reste fonctionnel malgré les apparences défraîchies, les lits sont confortables, l’appart est propre et le balcon est superbement orienté.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, l’appart est très spacieux, on a adoré le côté rustique et vintage. A deux pas du tramway et surtout une place de parking incluse (évitez le SUV quand même). Merci à Amaury qui nous a guidé tout au long du séjour.
Pas grand chose, tout est fonctionnel et les équipements essentiels modernes, il y a même les parasols à emporter pour les sorties plage.
