Bel appartement spacieux avec joli balcon arboré, calme, bien situé, centre ville

L'appartement est bien situé et il est pratique de se déplacer avec le tramway à 100 mètres. Les meubles sont bien aménagés et la terrasse est vraiment jolie.

Seul il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux dans l'appart, ce qui nous a un peu gênés.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé , propre et calme. Les commodités sont vraiment à côté (Monoprix, boulangerie etc) et surtout l’arrêt de tram - hyper pratique pour visiter Nice. Cuisine bien équipée. Grand lit très confortable ! Et les conseils de Léa qui nous accueillis.

Appartement très propre et confortable, bien équipé. Nous avons aimé prendre le café sur le balcon !! Immeuble calme , à deux pas du tram ligne 1 , on est très rapidement à place Masséna. En plus Léa la propriétaire, nous a accueillis elle-même et nous a expliqué diverses choses, dont le quartier et quelques adresses de restaurants dans Nice. Merci Léa nous reviendrons .

C’était parfait , exactement comme décrit !

The flat is located greatly, 1 min from tram line 1 a few stops from the railway station and the city centre, 2-3 minutes from grocery stores, a bakery and a pharmacy in a safe area. The house has an - albeit tiny - elevator. The flat was spacious enough for a couple with an infant with good arrangement of furniture, well-equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and - again tiny - toilet. The small balcony was good to dry towels and one could have a cozy breakfast there (without a baby). The price when booking one year in advance was also great for the Riviera.

Many aspects of the flat were dirty, e.g. hairy, smelly towels, one with a big blood stain, the interior of the dishwasher, dusty shelves. Many items were non- or not fully functional, e.g. the modern-looking AC could not cope with 27-30 °C outside temperatures and was blowing merely warm air despite correct settings, the shutter handels were half-broken, the kitchen hood did not work, some pieces of furniture were not assembled correctly, the washing machine door handle was broken, the shower door could not be fully closed, the walls had several random holes. While our host made check-in 1 hour later (due to a late flight) possible for us, she charged 35 Euros for it - to be fair, she offered us to pick up the keys at her place for free, but this was not an option for us because taxis could not provide an infant seat.
